“How much”和“How many”
知识点:how much,how many的用法及其区别
[指点迷津]how much与how many都表示“多少”的意思,都可以用于引导特殊疑问句,但它们的用法有所区别。how much用在不可数名词前,how many用在可数数前。
另外,how much也可以用来询问价格或运算结果。
How much bread do you want 你要多少面包?
How much is the computer 这台电脑多少钱?
How much is two plus three 2加3等于多少?
Flow many rooms are there in your home 你家有多少间房?
How many floors are there in your house 你家有几层?
[拓展]how many后接的名词是双方都知道的时,该名词也可省略。
--- I want some apples.我想要些苹果。
--- How many (apples) do you want 你要多少个(苹果)

知识点:名词所有格
[指点迷津]在表示有生命的东西的名词及某些表示时间、距离、星球、世界、国家等无生命的东西的名词后加’s表示所有关系,叫做名词所有格。
名词所有格的构成方法有:
(1)单数名词和不以有s结尾的复数名词在词尾加’s。

(2)以s结尾的复数名词只在词尾加’。
the twins' father双胞胎的父亲 +
(3)表示几者共有某物时,只把最后一个名词改为名词所有格。
The woman is Lucy and Lily's mother.这位妇女是露西和莉莉的母亲。
(4)不是几者共有,而是各有各的,则每个名词都要用所有格,且其后名词要用复数。
Millie's and Kate's bags are on the desk.米莉的书包和凯特的书包在课桌上。

[指点迷津]belong to sb.的意思是“属于某人”。

[指点迷津]物主代词的构成:
物主代词的用法:
(1)形容词性物主代词一般位于名词前,用作定语。
Their English teacher is from England.他们的英语老师来自英国。
(2)名词性物主代词相当于形容词性物主代词加名词,所以名词性物主代词后面不再跟
名词。
That model plane is yours.那架飞机模型是你的。
(3)含有形容词性物主代词的句子常可转换为含有名词性物主代词的句子。
This is our classroom.=This classroom is ours.这是我们的教室。

知识点:定冠词the的用法
[指点迷津](1)特指某(些)人或某(些)物,这是定冠词的基本用法。
Beijing is the capital of China.北京是中国的首都。
(2)指谈话双方都知道的人或事物。
Open the window,please.请把窗户打开。(双方都知道指的是哪一扇窗户)
(3)指上文已经提到的人或事物。
There is a chair here. On the chair is a bag.这儿有张椅子,椅子上有一个书包。
(4)指世界上独一无二的事物。
Which is the biggest,the sun,the earth or the moon 太阳、地球和月亮哪一个最大?
(5)用在序数词、形容词最高级前。
The first truck is carrying a few baskets.第一辆卡车装运着一些篮子。
(6)用在由普通名词构成的专有名词前。
