教学目标
1. 能听、说、读、写单词old, young, kind, funny, strict。
2. 能在创设的实际情景中灵活运用句型Who’s your art/English/ maths/ science/ music/…teacher? Is he/she young/ old/ kind/ funny/ strict? He/She is tall/ strict/ kind/ funny. 激发学生进一步了解各科老师的欲望,融洽师生关系。
教学重点

1. 利用教材提供的对话情景,以旧引新,引导学生进入学习状态。
2. 能准确判断各科老师的性格。

教学过程
一、 Play a game
Read quickly火眼金睛,打地鼠游戏,让学生快速读出单词。
[设计意图]通过游戏方式可以提高学生的学习兴趣,同时活跃课堂气氛。
二、Revision
1.教师出示两位老人的照片,让学生读句子,复习单词old, young.
2.教师出示一张老师的图片问Is he strict? 学生回答No, he isn't. He is funny. 复习strict, funny.
3. 教师出示一张老师的图片问Is he short? 学生回答No, he isn’t. He’s tall. 复习short, tall.
4. 教师出示一张图片问Is she fat? 学生回答No, she isn’t. She’s thin. 复习fat, thin.
5. 学生两人一组练习句型:
1). A: Who’s your English teacher?
B: Miss White.
A: Is she kind?
B: Yes, she is.
2). A: Who’s your Chinese teacher?
B: Mr Chen.
A: Is he funny?
B: Yes, he is.
[设计意图]通过这个环节主要是复习巩固所学的单词和句型。
三、Let’s learn
1. 教师出示Mr Young的照片问Who’s your music teacher? 学生回答Mr Young. 教师问Is he young? 学生回答No, he isn’t. He is old.
2. 教师出示Mr Jones的照片问Who’s your art teacher? 学生回答Mr Jones. 教师问Is he young? 学生回答Yes, he is.
3. 教师出示Miss Green的照片问Who’s your science teacher? 学生回答Miss Green. 教师问Is she funny? 学生回答Yes, she is.
4. 教师出示Miss White的照片问Who’s your English teacher? 学生回答Miss White. 教师问Is she kind? 学生回答Yes, she is.
5. 教师出示Mr Li的照片问Who’s your maths teacher? 学生回答Mr Li. 教师问Is he strict? 学生回答Yes, he is.
6.出示图片My teachers.
[设计意图]选择学生们所熟悉的老师,学生比较感兴趣,收到良好的教学效果。
四、Ask and answer
1.教师出示Mrs Smith的照片, 学生欣赏Zhang Peng和Sarah的对话.
Zhang Peng: Who’s Mrs Smith?
Sarah: She’s the head teacher. She’s tall. She’s strict.
2. 教师出示Mr Chen的照片, 学生欣赏Zhang Peng和Sarah的对话.
Zhang Peng: Who’s Mr Chen?
Sarah: He’s the maths teacher. He’s tall. He’s kind.
3. 教师出示Mr Zhang的照片, 学生欣赏Zhang Peng和Sarah的对话.
Zhang Peng: Who’s Mr Zhang?
Sarah: He’s the PE teacher. He’s tall. He’s funny.
[设计意图]教师展示的是学生们身边的老师的照片,学生较熟悉老师的特征,所以说起来更加有趣。
五、Play the game
快速读出出现的单词,看到炸弹要说”bomb嘭”。
[设计意图]复习所学过的单词。
