教学目标
1. 能够正确运用句型: What’s your favourite food/drink? My favourite food/ drink is… I don’t like beef but chicken is OK. I like vegetables but not carrots.
2. 能够正确听、说、认读单词onion, carrot, but, beef, chicken, favourite.
3.了解“名词变复数规则”。
教学重点
1. 能读懂Read and write部分的对话并完成相应练习。
2. 了解“名词变复数规则”。
教学难点
能够正确运用句型: What’s your favourite food/drink? My favourite food/ drink is… I don’t like beef but chicken is OK. I like vegetables but not carrots.

一、 Warm-up
1. Let’s play
Missing game. 学生能快速读出消失的单词。
2.Free talk
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning, teacher.
T: Nice to meet you.
Ss: Nice to meet you, too.
T: What’s your favourite food?
S1: Chicken.
S2: Hamburgers.
S3: Ice cream.
S4: Noodles.
二、Revision
1. 教师在教室巡视，选择性地提问学生。
T: What’s your favourite food?
S1: Beef noodles. They are delicious.
S2: Vegetables. They’re fresh and healthy.
S3: Ice cream. They are sweet.
S4: My favourite food is salad. Salad is my favourite food.
T: What’s your favourite drink?
S5: My favourite drink is milk. Milk is my favourite drink.
[设计意图]通过老师与学生的对话，一是可以增进老师与学生之间的感情，二是巩固了所学句型。
三、新课呈现(Presentation)
1. Let’s learn
教师出示水果图片说I like fruits but not bananas.
教师出示蔬菜图片说I like vegetables but not green beans.
教师出示图片问Do you like bananas? 引导学生回答No, I don’t like bananas. But apples are OK.
教师出示图片问Do you like beef? 引导学生回答No, I don’t like beef. But chicken is OK.
[设计意图]这个环节所学句型，为后面学习课文做好了铺垫。
2. Read and write
(1).教师用多媒体课件出示吴一凡写给罗宾的那封信，并给学生讲写信的格式。
T: This is a letter. Dear Robin是称呼。中间是正文。Thank you是结束语，Yifan是署名。
然后教师领读这封信，学生跟读，注意理解信的内容。
(2). 学生自主阅读信件，并根据信的内容完成句子:
1).The letter is from ____________ to _________ .
2).Yifan’s favourite food is _________.
3).Yifan’s favourite vegetable is _________ .
(3).教师领读爷爷写给罗宾的信，学生跟读，并根据内容回答问题。
What’s Grandpa’s favourite food?
(4). 教师领读这两封信，全班学生跟读，提醒学生在跟读的过程中注意信的内容。读完后教师问What can they both eat? 然后让学生根据两封信的内容找到他们两个都爱吃的食物并在相应的图处打上对勾。
(5).教师出示课本上的图片，然后模仿罗宾的口气说Here you are! Chicken ice cream! 然后吴一凡和爷爷都非常惊讶。吴一凡痛苦地说Oh, no! 让学生也模仿其语音与表情。
(6).教师出示罗宾的图片问What can Robin cook? What do you think of Robin? 让学生回答：
S1: He can cook. He is helpful.
S2: He is not a nice cook.
S3: He can’t use his head. He’s just a robot.
(7). 教师问What would you like to eat? 然后让学生给罗宾写封信Write to Robin please.
Dear Robin,
My favourite food is _______. It is ______.
I don’t like ________ but I like _________.

1. 教师讲解名词变复数规则。如
one banana, two bananas. one sandwich, two sandwiches.
2. 教师要求学生把表格中的名词变为复数的形式。

pear--pears, potato--potatoes, carrot—carrots, tomato—tomatoes, noodle—noodles, dress—dresses, hamburger—hamburgers, box—boxes, onion—onions, class--classes

(一)、名词变复数规则
1．一般名词变复数是在名词后面加上“s”, 如map→maps， bag→bags.?
2．以s，sh，ch，x等结尾的名词加“es”, 如bus→buses， watch→watches.?
3．以辅音字母＋y结尾的名词，变y为i加es，如baby→babies等；
以元音字母＋ y结尾的名词变复数时，直接加s变复数，如monkey→monkeys， holiday→holidays， storey→storeys（楼层）.
4．以o 结尾的名词变复数时：?
a）无生命的加s，名词有：photo→photos ，piano→pianos， radio→radios， zoo→zoos?.
b）有生命的加es，名词有： potato→potatoes， tomato→tomatoes.?
(二)、I don’t like beef but chicken is OK.
我不喜欢牛肉但是鸡肉还可以。
考向：含有实义动词的否定句
I don’t like beef.是一个否定句，don’t= do not, 表示否定，like是实义动词，在句子中意为“喜欢”。其句型结构为：
主语+don’t+动词原形+其他。肯定句变为否定句要借助于助动词do，即：在主语后添加don’t.
eg. I play football on Saturday.(变为否定句)
I don’t play football on Saturday.
点拨：肯定句变否定句要在主语后添加don’t.
