Move 是不及物动词，意思是：搬家，移动。如：

（2）The traffic is heavy and the cost of living is high. (在城市里) 交通拥挤，生活消费高。
The cost of living 生活开销，其中cost 是名词，意思是“花费，费用”。如：
The high cost of housing 高昂的住房费用。
Cost 还可以用作动词，意思是“值多少钱”；花费，其主语通常是物。如：
I don’t want to buy the book because it costs too much. 我不想买那本书，是因为它太贵了。
It will cost me 800 yuan to buy the bike. 买那辆自行车要花我800元钱。
【注意】
表达价格高低时不可以说cost high/low/expensive/cheap，可以说“cost a lot”。
【拓展】
High是形容词，形容价格高，消费高，温度高等。如：
The price of the computer is high these days.
近来电脑的价格很高。
High 还可以指离地面的高度和距离。如：
The shelf is too high for me to reach. 架子太高了，我够不着。
Qomolangma is the world’s highest mountain. 珠穆朗玛峰是世界最高峰。
（4）Heavy 是形容词，意思是“多的，繁忙的，紧张的”，表示交通拥挤，繁忙。
She had a heavy day yesterday. 昨天她忙了一天。
【拓展】
Heavy 还可以作形容词，表示“重的，大的”。如：
The bag is too heavy for her to carry. 这包太重了，她拿不动。
The rain is heavy. 雨很大。
表示“交通拥挤、繁忙”还可以用busy。如：
It’s rush hour now. The traffic is very busy.
现在是高峰期，交通非常拥挤。
