这回要说的大腕是,名词性从句。
这家伙内部极不和谐,一分为四:
没法学,怎么办呢?
包大人的办法是,
它是单词中的劳模,
除了谓语和修饰,啥都想演。
前三种,大家都熟。
但同位语,是个什么角色呢?
它其实是名词的小跟班儿,
常扮成名词的各种样子,
紧跟着补充前面的名词。
主语、宾语、表语、同位语,
这四种角色,
戏份再多一些,意思再具体一些,
就有了四种名词性从句。
这些名词性从句,
玩的都是一个套路:
把原来的名词性份剪掉,
换上一个连接词+完整的句子。
这里至少有11个连词可供选择,
什么时候带哪个玩呢?
包大人把它们分成了三个小队。
这样,只要知道从句在说什么,
就可以基本确定连接词了。
比如这个句子,
从句说的是件确定的事,填that。
又比如,这个句子,
从句不确定小明是不是喜欢那女孩,
填表示
“是否”
的whether。
最后,当从句说的是个问题时,
选用不同的问题连词,
句义也会跟着不同。
我们放在句中看看,
所以,一般根据语境和句意,
我们就可以判断,具体该选哪个。
瞧瞧,名词性从句就是这么单纯不做作。
只需要记住,
名词性从句就不是难题。

如何避开名词从句所有的坑?
上回讲了88.88%的名词性从句,
很多少侠的内心久久不能平静。
问得好,名词性从句,
其实还剩11.12%,全是坑。
陈述语序,就是我们平时说话的语气。
具体长这样:
名词在前,动词在后。
由于名词性从句里,
有很多疑问词,兼职做连接词。
一言不合,我们就写成了疑问句语序。
这错得可就太冤枉了。
身为一个从句,
一定要有从句的觉悟,用陈述语序。
来道题,速速感受一下。
名词性从句的加入,
可以让句子的剧情更丰富,
但也容易使人――
那怎么办呢?
机智的人类,想了个办法。
先让it当主角――主语,
或配角――宾语,
把主线剧情讲完。
再来说从句里的支线剧情。
出题老师会利用这点,这样坑你。
首先,判断这是不是名词性从句。
它是名词性从句里的主语从句。
所以,这里可以用it假装主语。
虽然whether和if,都有
“是否”
的意思,
但大多数时候,它们不能互换。
因为if这个连接词,不单纯,
使用起来有很多坑坑。
此外,它还有很多张面孔。
一言不合,就引起歧义。
因此,名词性从句中,
要陈述一件不确定的事,
我们优先使用whether作连接词。
比如这个句子,就犯了大忌。
来找找看,它犯哪了?
名词性从句里的that,
没有任何含义,也不充当任何从句成分。
它相当于一根红线,只起连接的作用。
而what(什么)和which(哪一个),
可以代替从句中缺少的东西。
这两个句子都只有he
eats,他吃,
吃什么或哪一个东西呢,不知道。
我们就可以用what或which,
来代替这个东西。
再来看看这个小栗子。
根本没法判断,
从句是陈述确定的事,还是个问题。
怎么办呢?先翻译看看。
这个句子前后,显然少了些什么,
再想想,that只能连接句子,
what才能代替东西,
该选啥呢?最后再告诉你们。
这些,就是名词性从句里的坑了。
