① 相同点： 都翻译成“当……时”
不同点： when后的从句中可用延续性动词和非延续性动词
while后的从句只可用延续性动词
注意：若主从句动作同时发生，从句多用while引导
我写作业时，妈妈正在家里做饭
While I was doing my homework, mom was cooking at home.
老师进来时，我们正在聊天
When the teacher came in, we were talking.
While we were talking, the teacher came in.

① 相同点： 都翻译成“当……时”
不同点： when后的从句中可用延续性动词和非延续性动词
while后的从句只可用延续性动词

② while 还可作连词，表示对照，翻译为“而……”
