Step2：presentation
1、Prepare
to
read
学生打开课本44页至45页。做阅读前准备工作，先不着急读故事，认真看一下每幅图，了解故事的梗概，同桌间可以讨论。然后回答下列问题（三年级学生刚接触英语不久，回答时允许用汉语）：

2、Read

（1）将故事从头到尾过一遍，帮助学生理解故事情节。
图一，让学生自己看图阅读，问辅助问题：What

happening?

?
图二，问题:Who
is
talking?
What
does
he
have?
图三，辅助问题：What
can
the
boy
do
with
the
magic
stone?（介绍make这个词）
图四，辅助问题：What

to
do?（可以让学生通过看图猜不认识的单词的意思，锻炼阅读能力。介绍use这个词）
图五，辅助问题：What

people
want
to
do
with

stone
?

图六，学生回答：What
happens?

（2）串完故事后，开始朗读。教师先慢速把整个故事给同学们读一遍，然后播放录音，让学生跟读，重点词句可反复听。最后再播放一次录音，让学生跟着大声朗读。
（3）分角色朗读：把学生分成小组（4人或5人一组），轮流朗读故事。给学生时间练习，期间教师走动，帮助有困难的同学。

play：把全班分为6人小组。每个学生担当故事中的一个角色，表演对话。给学生足够时间准备，然后表演。
