Step 1: Greeting and lead in.
Show a picture about food, then ask the students to listen a micro lesson about different kinds of food to lead students to think about how to keep healthy.
Step 2: Warming up
1. Discuss whose restaurant is better?
2. Show the micro lesson to students to discuss and understand the necessary knowledge of a balanced diet.
Step 2: Fast reading.
1. Predict what the passage is about by the pictures.
2. Read quickly and find the relationship of the roles.

Listen to the tape and divided the passage into 3 parts
