festival
takes
place
on
the
site
of
an
open

museum
for
industrial
machinery.
There’s
also
a
lake
which
can
be
used
for
swimming
when
it’s

This
year’s
line-up
has
over
120
different
bands.
Around
90%
of
the
people
attending
the
festival
are
Germans

a
perfect
chance
to

Exit
Festival,
Serbia
Set
on
the
banks
of
the
Danube
in
an
old
castle,
the
festival
began
as
a
way
to
show
people’s
dissatisfaction
with
the
government.
These
days
it’s
less
political
but
still
worries
about
people
who

poor,
ill,
old,

and
tries
to
help
them.
This

Open’er

seriously
good
selection
of
bands.
This
year
is
no
exception,
with
many
famous
bands
set
to
play.
Not
only
are
there
amazing
artists,

very
excellent

money.

is
held
by

political
reasons.
For
personal
reasons.
To

fight.
To

makes
Belladrum

from

others?
It
falls
in
summer.
It
is
a
live
music
festival.
It
teaches
people
Scottish
dances.
It
invites
the
most
famous
bands.
B
This
summer’s
surprise
hit
at
movie
theaters
across
China
was
the
re-telling
of
the
ancient
myth
of
Nezha.
The
animated
film
has
taken
in
over
four
billion
yuan
at
the
box
office
and
become
one
of
the
country’s
most
successful
films
ever.
It
proved
that
China
could
produce
animation
films
comparable
to
those
produced
in
Hollywood
and
Japan.
The
film,
directed
by
Yang
Yu,
was
a
huge
undertaking
from
start
to
finish.
He
spent
two
years
writing
the
script
(剧本)
and
three
more
years
making
a
film
which
required
the
efforts
of
1,600
animators.
But
for
Yang
it
was
a
labor
of
love
and
a
way,
as
he
said,
he
could
prove
to
himself
that
he
could
change
his
fate
and
inspire
others
to
change
their
fate
as
well.
“I
used
to
suffer
from
a
lot
of
prejudice
after
changing
my
career,”
said
Yang,
who
had
studied
pharmacology
(药理学)
at
university
and
was
“fated”
to
be
a
pharmacist.
“Since
then
I
have
thought
about
making
an
animated
film
to
encourage
young
people
to
persist
in
their
dreams.”
Over
the
years,
I
have
come
across
a
few
students
who
were
labelled
as
“devils.”
Some
misbehaved
simply
because
they
were
not
mature
enough.
Others
were
disruptive
(引起混乱的)
and
uncooperative
when
they
were
in
a
bad
mood.
They
usually
had
family
problems
in
the
form
of
overly
critical
mothers
or
fathers
that
were
too
strict.
For
those
students,
a
great
deal
of
compassion
and
understanding
was
required
to
let
them
know
they
were
not
“fated”
to
be
bad.
As
they
grew
up,
they
would
have
the
power
to
change
their
circumstance.
If
you
have
seen
Nezha,
you
know
what
a
terrific,
entertaining
film
it
is.
But
the
film
also
imparts
(传授)
an
important
lesson:
We
should
not
judge
ourselves
or
others
too
harshly(严厉地),
so
as
not
to
allow
those
negative
judgments
to
control
our
fate.
According
to
the
article,
what’s
the
similarity
between
Yang
Yu
and
the
Nezha
in
his
new
film?
They
were
both
born
into
wealthy
families.
They
both
rose
to
fame
at
an
early
age.
They
both
make
every
effort
to
realize
their
dreams.
They
both
take
control
of
their
own
fate.
It
can
be
inferred
from
the
article
that
.
Yang
Yu
was
inspired
to
make
the
film
Nezha
because
he
dropped
out
of
college
Chinese
people
used
to
have
a
prejudice
against
homegrown
animated

Nezha
develops
a
close
relationship
with
Yang
Yu
in
the
new
film
the
author

D.

C
Teens
and
younger
children
are
reading
a
lot
less
for
fun,
according
to
a
Common
Sense
Media
report
published
Monday.
While
the
decline
over
the
past
decade
is
steep
for
teen
readers,
some
data
in
the
report
shows
that
reading
remains
a
big
part
of
many
children’s
lives,
and
indicates
how
parents
might
help
encourage
more
reading.
According
to
the
report’s
key
findings,
“the
proportion
(

)
who
say
they
‘hardly
ever’
read
for
fun
has
gone
from
8
percent
of
13-year-olds
and
9
percent
of
17-year-olds
in
1984
to
22
percent
and
27
percent
respectively
today.”
The
report
data
shows
that
pleasure
reading
levels
for
younger
children,
ages
2—8,
remain
largely
the
same.
But
the
amount
of
time
spent
in
reading
each
session
has
declined,
from
closer
to
an
hour
or
more
to
closer
to
a
half
hour
per
session.
When
it
comes
to
technology
and
reading,
the
report
does
little
to
suggest
parents
looking
for
data
about
the
effect
of
e-readers
and
tablets
on
reading.
It
does
point
out
that
many
parents
still
limit
electronic
reading,
mainly
due
to
concerns
about
increased
screen
time.
The
most
hopeful
data
shared
in
the
report
shows
clear
evidence
of
parents
serving
as
examples
and
important
guides
for
their
kids
when
it
comes
to
reading.
Data
shows
that
kids
and
teens
who
do
read
frequently,
compared
to
infrequent
readers,
have
more
books
in
the
home,
more
books
purchased
for
them,
parents
who
read
more
often,
and
parents
who
set
aside
time
for
them
to
read.
As
the
end
of
school
approaches,
and
school
vacation
reading
lists
loom(逼近)
ahead,
parents
might
take
this
chance
to
step
in
and
make
their
own
summer
reading
list
and
plan
a
family
trip
to
the
library
or
bookstore.

B.

Children’s

D.

keep
them
from
gaining
it.
Yet
it
seems
to
have
exactly
the
opposite
effect,
according
to
a
new
study.
Researchers
from
the
University
of
Texas
said
those
who
drank
two
or
more
diet
sodas
a
day
had
waist
size
increases
that
were
six
times
greater
than
those
who
didn’t
drink
diet
sodas.
“What
we
saw
was
that
the
more
diet
sodas
a
person
drank,
the
more
weight
they
were
likely
to
gain,”
said
Sharon
Fowler.
The
study
was
based
on
data
from
474
participants
in
a
large,
ongoing
research
project,
where
the
participants
were
followed
for
nearly
10
years.
While
the
findings
are
surprising,
they
also
offer
some
explanations.
Nutrition
expert,
Melanie
Rogers,
who
works
with
overweight
patients
in
New
York,
has
found
that
when
patients
are
switched
from
regular
to
diet
sodas,
they
don’t
lose
weight
at
all.
“We
weren’t
seeing
weight
loss
necessarily,
and
that
was
confusing
to
us”,
said
Rogers.
So
why
would
diet
soda
cause
weight
gain?
No
one
knows
for
sure
yet,
but
it
could
be
that
people
think
they
can
eat
more
if
they
drink
diet
sodas,
and
so
over-compensate
for
the
missing
calories.
A
related
study
found
some
sweeteners
(甜味剂)
raised
blood
sugar
levels
in
some
mice.
“Data
from
this
and
other
potential
studies
suggest
that
the
promotion
of
diet
sodas
and
artificial
sweeteners
may
be
risky,
said
Helen
P.
Hazuda,
professor
at
the
University
of
Texas’s
school
of
medicine.

They
may
be
free
of
calories,
but
not
of
consequences.”

Deep
sea
fishing,
sometimes
called
sport
or
big
game
fishing,
is
a
form
of
fishing.
This
type
of
fishing
can
be
a
real
challenge
and
is
also
meant
to
be
enjoyable.
36
.
Deep
sea
fishing
is
practiced
in
many
regions
of
the
world.
37
.
Big
game
fish
like
the
open
ocean
because
it
provides
them
with
lots
of
room
and
lots
of
prey.
Often,
a
deep
sea
fishing
expedition
will
travel
beyond
the
sight
of
land
to
reach
fishing
grounds.
Once
the
boat
arrives
on
site,
a
number
of
techniques
can
be
used
to
fish.
Some
people
like
to
use
nets,
while
others
prefer
to
spread
bait
in
the
water
to
attract
fish,
and
to
hook
them
individually.
Spear
fishing
is
also
possible
with
some
species.
38
.
The
main
reason
is
that
big
game
fish
can
escape
in
the
early
stages
of
the
process.
If
a
fish
is
landed,
there
are
a
number
of
options
for
dealing
with
the
fish.
Some
people
take
the
fish
home
to
eat.
Others
think
that
the
catch
is
the
fun
part.
39
.
Going
on
a
fishing
charter
(

)can
be
an
enjoyable
experience
for
people
who
like
fishing
and
being
out
on
the
water.
40
,
although
it
is
also
possible
to
bring
your
own
equipment.
Deep
sea
fishing
is
adventurous
Besides,
it
provides
a
source
of
food
So
they
make
the
most
of
time
on
charters
Fishermen
have
to
be
strong
and
quick
on
their
feet
Many
charters
provide
all
of
the
equipment
people
will
need
The
goal
with
deep
sea
fishing
is
to
reach
deeper
parts
of
the
ocean
They
set
the
fish
free
afterwards
so
that
it
can
live
to
fight
another
day

Should
students
be
allowed
to
chew
gum
(
嚼口香糖)
at
school?
Teachers
have
different
opinions.
Some
believe
that
gum
chewing
is
the
41
habit
in
the
world.
It
can
42
learning,
and
it
can
be
43
and
distracting
(分心的)
to
other
students.
Dried
gum
always
44
under
tables
or
on
floors,
so
they
think
gum
does
not
45
in
school.
Other
teachers
46
gum
chewing
as
long
as
it
doesn’t
affect
their
ability
to
47
or
students’
ability
to
concentrate.
If
a
student
sticks
gum
under
his
desk,
they
make
him
remove
it.
They
insist
on
a
“no
noise”
and
“no

rule.
Many
people
want
to
chew
gum
at
school.
They
think
that
gum

has
many
49
.
Research
suggests
that
regular
chewing
can
help
you
50
names,
whiten
teeth,
etc.
Teachers
may
not
allow
chewing
gum
in
class,
but
chewing
gum
in
class
makes
kids
51
.
How
could
that
be?
Chewing
causes
more
blood
to
be
carried
to
our
brain
than
it
52
does.
It
will
help
the
brain
work
better.
Gum
chewing
also
53
attention.
Mental
tasks
are
done
20%
faster
while
chewing
gum.
Chewing
should
be
allowed
especially
during
big
tests.
Kids
who
chew
gum
during
54
do
26%
to
36%
better,
55
gum
chewing
can
calm
students’
minds
and
help

56
.
When
gum
is
brought
to
school
it
helps
57
your
teeth
after
your
lunch
time.
Some
types
of
gum
can
make
teeth
stronger.
Someone
might
58
that
gum
is
left
under
desks

on
the
floor.
Well
the
reason
why
kids

is
to
59
it,
but
if
students

to

they
