（3）、a lot of=lots of“许多”后可以接可数名词复数或不可数名词。Much+ 不可数名词 many+可数名词复数。例如：There are a lot of (=much) bread on the table. There are lots of(=many) people in the room.
(4)close to 靠近、紧挨着 ； 相当于 near 其中to 是介词。There is a shop close to my home.靠近我家有一个商店。
（5）be far from 远离，离……很远。
（6）We call it for help. 我们可以打电话求助。其中 call … for 打电话……
