It’s time for outdoor activities. 是户外活动的时间了。
It’s time for sth. = It’s time to do sth. “是某事的时候了；该做某事了”。
如：是午饭时间了。______ _______ _____lunch. = ______ _______ ____ _______ lunch.
But one year ago, she couldn’t do it all. 但是一年前，她根本不会。
one year ago 一年前，一般用于一般过去时态中。类似的表达还有：两个星期前_____________________；三个小时前_____________________
could是can 的过去式，其否定形式为couldn’t。
如：我现在会游泳，但去年我不会。I ______________now, but I ___________last year.
But when she was five, she could dance a little. 但是她五岁时，她只会跳一点点舞。
a little 意为“一点点”，表示程度，放在动词后修饰dance。
如：我会跳一点儿芭蕾舞。 I can perform ballet ______ ________.，
比较：a little 还可修饰不可数名词，意为“一点儿，少量”。
如：他会讲一点儿法语。 He can speak ______ _________French.
They both like playing ball games. 他们两个都喜欢球类运动。
both意为“两者都”，作they 的同位语，通常放在行为动词前，be动词后面。
知识拓展：“两者都”用both；表示三者或三者以上“都”则用all。
