本课是仁爱版八年级英语下册Unit5Topic2 I’m feeling better now.的第二课时。本课王老师和李红的对话，展示了李红不开心的原因及王老师给出的建议，引出对话的主题：描述情感与提建议安慰别人 。对话巩固了系表结构的用法，同时也呈现了交际功能用语：How?are?you?feeling today??Why don’t you talk to someone when you feel sad?和I’m feeling better now.帮助学生学会如何描述情绪并学会如何宽慰他人。要求学生在学会课本语言知识的同时，培养他们的互助互爱的精神，在能够正确处理个人情绪的同时帮助他人排解不良的情绪。
学习目标：
大部分学生能通过阅读文本理解文本并抓住主要信息。
50%的学生能根据文本的学习学会表达自己的感受并学会宽慰别人。
大部分学生学会如何表达感觉和描述情绪。培养互助互爱的精神，在能够正确处理个人情绪的同时帮助他人排解不良的情绪。
