一、教学内容
冀教版四年级下册第23课My Favourite School Work
二、教学目标
1.知识与技能目标
(1)会认读词组:read books, draw pictures, write stories, sing songs, listen to music, play games, play ping-pong, play football, play basketball
(2)学生能听懂、会说:
What’s your favourite school work?
I like to ______.It’s interesting.
That’s my favourite school work.
I like to _____,but you like to ____.
(3)学习字母组合“or”our”“al”在单词中的发音,并能根据发音规律认读新单词“corn、pour、chalk”。
2.过程与方法目标
(1)听说教学法:以听说、模仿的形式,以重点句型为中心反复练习。
(2)情境教学法:用图片创设情景,激发学生的学习兴趣,加快对英语知识的理解,从而引导其进行自主探究性学习。
(3)小组活动教学法:采用小组合作的形式,让每个学生都参与,同时一些优秀的学生能带动其他学生的学习积极性,并培养他们团结合作、互助友爱的团体意识。
3.情感与态度目标
(1)通过小组合作学习,增强团体合作意识,加深同学之间的友情。
(2)通过学习,旨在提高小学生的语言表达能力,了解自己,学会表达自己的真实情感。
三、学情分析
四年级学生已经学习了一年多英语,具备了初步的听说读写
的能力,他们活泼爱动,喜欢直观的图片、游戏、比赛等内容。本
课设计了同桌对话、小组合作、动手画画、游戏“Cellphone”、
Chant等课堂活动。
四、教学重、难点
1.教学教学重点:
What’s your favourite school work?
I like to ______. That’s my favourite school work.
I like to _____,but you like to ____.
2.教学难点:学习字母组合“or”our”“al”在单词中的发音,并能通过发音规律认读新单词“corn、pour、chalk”。
教学准备:单词卡片、PPT
教学课时:1课时
五、教学过程:
Step1:热身活动
(1)师生用英语打招呼。
(2)用英语询问星期、天气等。
(3)Chant活跃气氛。
What do you like to do? I like to read a book.
What do you like to do? I like to fly a kite.
What do you like to do? I like to sing a song.
What do you like to do? I like to play a game.
Step2:复习导入
(1)教师:I have many cards. Can you read them? For example(出示一张draw pictures,并读出来)draw pictures.(之后示范句式I like to ___.)I like to draw pictures. Draw pictures. I like to draw pictures.(说完后再贴黑板上) Who wants to try to read?(教师拿着词卡逐个提问,让学生读词卡并说句式I like to ___.)
学生A:Read books. I like to read books.(贴卡片)
学生B:Sing songs. I like to sing songs. (贴卡片)
学生C:Listen to music. I like to listen to music.(贴卡片)
学生D:Ride a bike. I like to ride a bike.
学生E:Write stories. I like to write stories. (贴卡片)
学生F:Play games. I like to play ping-pong. (贴卡片)
学生G:Fly a kite. I like to fly a kite. (贴卡片)
学生H:Play football. I like to play football. (贴卡片)
学生I:Watch TV. I like to watch TV. (贴卡片)
(2)教师PPT展示学校图片,问:What’s it?
学生:It’s a school.
教师问:Yes. It’s nice. Do you like your school?
学生:Yes.
教师引导:I like my school, too. What do you like to do at school? I like to draw pictures at school.(拿出有画笔的图片贴在黑板上,教师此时引导学习模式:I like to句式) Draw pictures.(把对应的词组卡片找出来贴在图画旁边)I like to draw pictures.(教师在词卡前面板书I like to)I draw pictures at school. That’s school work. (此时强调并用PPT出示词组school work)That’s my favourite school work. (此时揭示课题,出示词卡片my favourite school work,领读几次)Read after me,my favourite school work, my favourite school work.
(3)教师再示范引导一次,出示写作文的图片贴黑板上,再找词卡write stories,示范说句式I like to write stories.再把词卡和图片贴在黑板第一张draw pictures的下面,出示词卡interesting(有趣的),说句子It’s interesting.并领读interesting。
What do you like to do at school? 指着一张图片问Who likes to do this at school?
学生L到讲台匹配词卡和图片,说I like to ____. That’s my favourite school work.It’s interesting.
学生M到讲台匹配词卡和图片,说:I like to ____.That’s my favourite school work.It’s interesting.
……
这样依次类推,5名学生完成5个词组的口语练习。
(4)图片匹配完之后,还剩下3个词组“watch TV、ride a bike、fly a kite、”。
①教师拿着词卡watch TV问:Can you watch TV at school?
学生回答:No.
教师此时强调:This is not school work. Take it off.
②教师拿着词卡ride a bike问:Can you ride a bike at school?
学生回答:No.
教师此时强调:This is not school work. Take it off.
③教师拿着词卡fly a kite问:Can you fly a kite at school?
学生回答:No.
教师此时强调:This is not school work. Take it off. What’s your favourite school work?(用PPT出示字幕)
Step3:讲解What’s your favourite school work?
(1)用PPT逐一展示school work相关的图片,同时逐个提问学生Do you like to ___?拿着词卡my favourite school work,引导学生说 That’s my favourite school work.PPT展示完这些学校活动图片,提问What’s your favourite school work?
教师提问What’s your favourite school work?教师同时用I like to ___回答,引导学生问答模式,之后再提问几个学生。
(2)学生同桌之间进行句型问答练习。
(3)选择一组或两组学生进行对话展示,教师要及时给予鼓励。
(4)做游戏“Cellphone”。
按列分成几组,以练习“I like to ____.”为主。第一个学生说“I like to ____.”并问后面的学生“What’s your favourite school work?”其后面的学生用同样的句型回答并提问后面的同学,这样直到最后一个学生回答完成。看哪个组做得又对又快,给予掌声奖励。
(5)学习课本第23课Part 1:What’s your favourite school work?
①小组合作进行对话练习,并根据课本内容完成表格。

②师生对话,PPT表格同步出现对应的笑脸提示答案。

③让学生到前面表演Jenny与Kim,Steven与Danny的对话。
Step4:练习Let’s do it!
(1)教师问:OK. Let’s relax. Do you like to draw pictures?
全体学生:Yes.
教师:I like to draw pictures. So I draw a picture.然后边说边随手画一幅简笔画,强调That’s my favourite school work.之后提问某个学生“What’s your favourite school work?”
学生R:I like to read books.
教师追问:Try to draw your favourite school work. Can you draw a book?
再提问某个学生“What’s your favourite school work?”
学生S:I like to play ping-pong.
教师追问:Try to draw your favourite school work. Can you draw a ping-pong ball?
教师面向全体:What’s your favourite school work?Draw your favourite school work. Draw it on the paper.
(2)教师指着自己的画说:I like to draw pictures.再指着学生R的画说“But you like to read books.”(PPT出示句型I like to___,but you like to____.)
让学生R指着自己的画说:“I like to read books .”再指着老师的画说“But you like to draw pictures .”
(3)示范之后,让学生和同伴一起进行问答,练习“I like to___,but you like to____.”
(4)请两组学生展示其简笔画及对话。
Step5:讲解发音Letters and sounds.
(1)教师:There are some words. Can you read? Let’s look at the blackboard.
(2)讲解“or”
① PPT出示“short”,让学生读;再出示“forty”,学生读。
② PPT出示“or”,教师同时提问:The letters “or” how to read?
③ 请学生H试着读一读or组合后的发音 ?:。
④ 教师指导读发音,并领读o -r - ?:- ?: - ?:。
⑤PPT出示新单词“corn”,让学生试读,教师指导纠正并领读“corn”。
(3)讲解“our”
① PPT出示“your”,让学生读;再出示“four”,学生读。
② PPT出示“our”,教师同时提问:The letters “our” how to read?
③ 请学生I试着读一读our组合后的发音 ?:。
④ 教师指导读发音,并领读o-u-r - ?:- ?: - ?:。
⑤ PPT出示新单词“pour”,让学生试读,教师指导纠正并领读“pour”。
(4)讲解“al”
① PPT出示“walk”,让学生读;再出示“talk”,学生读。
② PPT出示“al”,教师同时提问:The letters “al” how to read?
③ 请学生J试着读一读al组合后的发音 ?:。
④ 教师指导读发音,并领读a-l - ?:- ?: - ?: 。
⑤ PPT出示新单词“chalk”,让学生试读,教师指导纠正并领读“chalk”。
Step6: Chant环节
教师自编Chant“School Work”
① PPT展示Chant的第一部分:
School work. School work. I like to read books.
(请学生试着Chant,教师再示范,之后全体学生一起Chant)
② PPT展示Chant的第二部分:
School work. School work. I like to write stories.
(请学生试着Chant,教师再示范,之后全体学生一起Chant)
③ PPT展示Chant的第三部分:
School work. School work. I like to play games.
(请学生试着Chant,教师再示范,之后全体学生一起Chant)
④ PPT展示Chant的第四部分:
School work. School work. I like to sing songs.
(请学生试着Chant,教师再示范,之后全体学生一起Chant)
⑤ PPT展示Chant的全部:
School work. School work. I like to read books.

Step7:布置作业
(1)熟读本课第一部分课文内容。
(2)以“School work”为主题,自编Chant,并多次练习。

七、课后反思
1.前面学过的知识,要及时巩固。一些活动词组如read books, draw pictures, write stories等是前面学过的内容,学生们参差不齐,有部分学生读这些词组仍会出现不连贯的现象,所以我将其放在本课的开始做巩固练习,为后面的对话练习做了铺垫。
2.Chant“School work”的编排具有趣味性,学生比较喜欢这种活泼轻松的学习活动。
3.新句型要先示范,并多次示范,学生才会模仿。感觉学生进入新对话情景的节奏总是很慢,接受新知识的能力稍显差。
