Step1. Warm-up（课堂热身）
（1）T: Good morning/afternoon!
（2）T: How are you?
S: I’m fine, thanks. How are you?
T: I’m fine,too.Thank you.
Step2 Revision （复习）
（1）T: It’s sunny today.Let’s go to the zoo.But first we must prepare something.I prepared an apple、a pear and an orange.We can go now.(复习不定冠词)
（2）T: There are so many animals in the zoo.Look!What’s this?(Show a PPT to Ss.）
S: It’s a dog....
T: Do you know any other animals?
S: …(复习学过动物单词)
Step3. Presentation （呈现新知识）
1.教学新单词giraffe,elephant and ant.
（1）T: There are some new animals in the zoo.Let’s see them! What’s this? Can you guess.(Show a PPT to Ss.）
（2）教读新单词。
（3）练习读单词。
2.教学What’s that?
（1）利用物品与教师的距离说出句子，让学生自己感知What’s that?
（2）出示图片，与学生一起分析What’s this?和 What’s that?的不同之处。
（3）练习。
3.学习Let’s chant.
（1）出示图片，学生观察。
（2）学生听录音，跟唱。
（3）学生试着编小诗。
（4）学生上台表演。
Step4.Summary and homework（总结布置作业）
（1） 总结本节课所学内容。
（2）布置作业：将所编小诗唱给家人听。
