课题:What’s Her Name?
教育、教学目标:
学生能够听、说、读、写单词my, your, her, his和its,能认读和初步拼写sit down和stand up。
学生能较熟练掌握询问对方和第三者姓名的英语表达法“What’s your /his /her / its name”和答语“My / His /Her /Its name is ...”。
能听懂本课对话大意和特殊信息,大胆地表演对话,并能正确认读和仿编对话。
能够基本认读Let’s talk 中的句型。
通过本课的学习,帮助学生进一步提高与人交往的能力。
教学重点、难点:
单词my, your, her, his和its的用法和拼写,以及sit down和stand up 的失去爆破和连读。
灵活使用询问他人姓名的英语表达方式“What’s your /his /her / its name”及答语“My / His /Her /Its name is ...”。
通过游戏学习和巩固新知识。
教具:PPT课件、录音机、四线三格纸。
教学过程:
Stage 1. Greetings.
T: Class begin.
Student on duty: Stand up.
T: Good morning boys and girls. (挥手)
Ss: Good morning Miss Chen.
T: Nice to meet you! (握手)
Ss: Nice to meet you too!
T: How are you today?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you, and you?
T: I’m fine too, sit down please. (手势)
Stage 2. Revision.
T: OK, boys and girls, look at the screen. First, let’s review some words we have learned before.
Look at the picture, who can read this word? Hands up! OK, this boy/ this girl/ you please. Good, sit down./ Great, sit down please. Now, this time, read after me together. The following words all do like this.
Stage 3. Let’s learn.
T: OK, then, today, we are going to learn some new words and phrases. Boys and girls, look at the picture, is this a girl? OK, and this is a book right? So this book is her book. Please read after me twice. OK, who can read it? Hands up. OK, this boy/ this girl/ you please. Good, sit down./ Great, sit down please. Now let’s write, “h, e, r”. Take out your paper.

Well, boys and girls, now look at the last two pictures. This one means(起立) and that one means(坐下). OK, boys and girls, listen to me. Stand up. And now, boys, stand up. Girls, sit down. So, class, what do “up” and “down” mean? Now boys and girls. Look, I’m down.(从讲台走下来) Then, I’m up.(走上讲台)Now,boys and girls read the new words after me.
Stage 4. Work in pairs.
T: What’s her name?(出示Rose的图片)
Ss: Rose.
T: Yes,her name is Rose.
教师指着班上的一位男同学问:“What’s your name?”,该生回答。And then, 问其他同学:“What’s her name?”, 其他学生回答。
(句型“What’s his name?”用同样的方式练习)
T: OK, now boys and girls, look at the screen. I ask questions and all of you answer, clear? Yes or no?
Ss: Yes.
T: OK, here we go. What’s his name?(阿凡提)
Ss: His name is A Fanti.
T: Good, go on. What’s her name?(白雪公主)
Ss: Her name is Snow White.
T:Very good, now look at the screen, please work in pairs, ask and answer questions. And then I ask some groups to show your work.

T: Now, boys and girls, let’s play a game like this:
“My name is...her name is...and his name is...”
OK, let’s go.
Stage 5. Let’s talk.
T: Next, we are going to learn a dialogue. Try to follow the tape. Then look at the screen, here are two questions. Please listen again and answer the questions.
Ss: OK.
T: Now please answer the questions. How many people are there in the dialogue?
Ss: Four.
T: Right. Who are they?
Ss: .....
Stage 6. Conclusion and arrange homework.
T: Boys and girls, today we learned new words, what are they?
