通过让学生分组比赛、游戏活动等方式培养学生英语语言运用能力。

教学设计 设计意图
Step1. Warming up T:Hello,boys and girls. How are you today?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you.
Before our class, I will divide you into two groups, if you behave well, you can get a bubble for your fish. Let’s have a PK together, OK?
Sing the Twelve Months song.
Step 2. New Concepts
Review: Let抯 have a PK. Say the twelve months with the slides quickly. If you can say it quickly, you can get a bubble for your group, OK?
Say the numbers from 1-12.
Step 3. Presentation
T: After the PK, let抯 enjoy a story. What animals can you see in the picture?
Ss: I can see a turtle.
Ss: I can see a rabbit.
T: Yes, this is a turtle and this is a rabbit.You know the rabbit can run fast and the turtle can run slowly. And this is a race.
Ss: This is a race.
T: This is a race. But the rabbit sleep on the way. So the turtle is the first! Read after me, first!

Ss:First.
T:The turtle is the first, so the rabbit is the second.

T: This is a race, too. Li Ming is the ……
Ss: Li Ming is the first. The girl is the second. The boy is the ……
T:The boy is the third. Read after me, third.

T:So we can know, one is the first, two is the second……
One, two three……they are cardinal numbers.(基数词)
First, second, third……they are ordinal numbers.(序数词)
T: Let’s learn more ordinal numbers.
Step 4. Practice
T: I want a student come here and have a race.
I am the first.
S1: I am the second.
T: I want more students come here and have a race.
S2: I am the first.
S3:I am the second.
S4: I am the third.……
Let’s do it!
T:Let’s say the months of a year.
January is the first month.
February is the second month.……
Step 5: Homework
1. Practice the ordinal numbers.
2. Write the sentences “January is the first month.” and so on.
开课,采用分组PK奖励鱼泡泡的形式,通过竞争机制调动学生的积极性。
通过视频歌曲和抢答的形式,复习了十二个月份,为新知内容铺垫。
3.在新授环节,以学生耳熟能详的龟兔赛跑故事导入race,引出今天的新授内容,并进行练习。
4.在单词教授的过程中,运用自然拼读法教授学生读记单词的方法。注重学生语言学习能力的培养。
5.龟兔赛跑的故事后,回归课本的李明的race, 让学生根据理解说出新知单词first, second,并认知新的序数词third.
6.通过基数词和序数词的对比,让学生掌握两种词的用法。并让学生总结出4以上序数词的构成规律。
7.通过实际操练,让学生在课上进行比赛,让学生输出新知单词,并且增加趣味性。

课 后 反 思
本课我设定了两个目标。第一个目标是学生能对序数词的构成规律的了解。第二个目标是学生可以熟练的运用句型,进一步掌握所学的知识,让学生输出January is the first month等整句。另外,在课堂中,让学生可以根据基本句型来拓展练习,真正掌握在句子中学会单词的用法。
在课堂掌控方面,我通过有效的竞争机制,龟兔赛跑故事等方式激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生以高度的热情参与到课堂中去,做到在“玩中学”在“学中玩”。
总之,引领学生走到真实的情境中,紧紧抓住学生,让学生积极参与到课堂中来,通过各种句型操练与表演,大大提高了学生的语言综合运用能力,有效地培养了英语思维模式,并对学生学习策略的培养打下了基础。
