A（第二课时）教学设计
教材分析：
本单元的教学内容重点围绕方位展开，引导学生逐步学习8个表达方位的单词，并学习描述某个地点所处的地理位置。本单元对于地理知识尚不完善的孩子们来说是个难点，教师在教学中应注意激发学生的学习兴趣，从学生的生活经验出发，充分利用孩子们所处的位置和周围熟悉的环境以及地图等工具在教学中直观地引导学生了解地图方向的标识（上北下南，左西右东）、中国领土的区域划分和名胜古迹等。教师还应在教授语言知识的同时，尽可能带着学生领略一些自然风光和著名的景点，以丰富学生的视野、唤醒学生潜在的学习动力，使之能积极地投入学习，同时进一步了解地理知识。
教学目标：
