1．知识目标：
（1）全体学生能够会读、会写，并能够理解以下单词：southeast, north, east, southwest, south, hope, somewhere, by, the Bund, famous, town
（2）全体学生能够熟练掌握并运用以下短语及句型：
短语：in the southeast of, go along, walk to
句型：①Today is our first day in Shanghai.
②Shanghai is a very big city in the southeast of China.
③We saw many interesting thing there.
2．技能目标：
（1）学会写日记。
（2）能够记录自己的游览经历。
（3）培养学生听录音并模仿录音的能力。通过创设情境操练所学的英语句子，培养学生的合作精神及合作意识。
3．情感目标：
（1）能够了解英语在生活中的运用。
（2）激发学生的语言学习的兴趣，培养学生积极的语言学习态度。

教学过程
Step 1:Leading In
以问题展开课堂1.Do you like travel ?
2Where would you like to go ?教师播放短片让同学去猜这是哪座城市，同时出示板书。 （设计意图：通过复习上节课的学习内容，为新课的教授做铺垫。）
本节课采用先学后教的模式，以小电影导入，引出上海这座美丽的城市。让同学们回忆身上节课所学知识。DO you remember in last period ,We know Kitty’s family talked about theirs holiday .They went to Shanghai .Do you know something about Shanghai .
Let’s go to Shanghai by train with Kitty’s family , OK?
Step 2: 展现本节课的学习目标(presentation)
Self-learning guide 自学指导一
（1）T: Let’s listen to this text.听录音画出自己不会的的单词和句子。
（2） 教师引导学生相互解决不认识的单词和句子。
教师对重点句型依次讲解。

Read the passage and answer the questions
What’s the date today ?
What’s the weather like in Shanghai?
Where did they go in the morning ?
Where is the water town ?
