在本节课的教学过程中,我采用了“任务型”的教学途径,通过小组合作的方式,并借助多媒体,增加趣味性和直观性,增大课堂容量,提高课堂效率,各个环节由易到难,环环相扣,面向全体学生,争取让每一个学生都能参与到教学活动中来,得到练习的机会,教学目标圆满完成,大部分学生在这节课后能准确流利的使用所学句型以及单词进行自由会话。但这堂课基本用全英语授课,导致基础不是太好的学生在理解上有些困难,从而不能很好的听懂老师的要求,课堂气氛有时不够活跃,总体上来说,学生对每个环节都比较感兴趣,能够在轻松快乐的氛围中学习和使用英语,体验学习英语的乐趣。

为了不仅要完成正常的教学任务,还要有效地培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,确定如下教学目标

了解各国餐桌习俗和饮食文化知识,以及相关的词汇,培养学生听、说、读、写能力。

九、教学反思
从整体来说,学生的学习积极性还是比较强的,大多数学生学习态度较端正。部分学生学习的兴趣不够浓厚,学习的主动性不强,两极分化现象比较严重,尖子生不够突出。存在着偏科的现象,尤其是英语学科,有一部分学生(特别是男生)就英语特别差,独立解决问题的能力也比较差。大部分学生还存在着依赖性,不愿意自己探究知识,没有好的学习习惯,还要教师在今后的学习中进行渗透。

本课主要是一节听说课,在本节课的教学过程中,在听说过程中帮助学生掌握知识,各个环节由易到难,环环相扣,面向全体学生,争取让每一个学生都能参与到教学活动中来,得到练习的机会,教学目标圆满完成,大部分学生在这节课后能准确流利的使用所学句型以及单词进行自由会话。
教师先以各国初次见面的礼仪引入,让学生分组讨论各国的社交礼仪。然后小组活动讨论各个国家的社交礼仪。通过小组合作学习使课堂气氛活跃,能充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,学生的合作意识会在活动中得到充分的展示。
但这堂课基本用全英语授课,导致基础不是太好的学生在理解上有些困难,从而不能很好的听懂老师的要求,总体上来说,学生对每个环节都比较感兴趣,能够在轻松快乐的氛围中学习和使用英语,体验学习英语的乐趣。
