Lesson 28 教学设计
一、教学目标
知识与能力:a. Learn the new phrases, drills and dialogue. b. Can among true linguistic context, familiar with how to introduce the activities of the weekends.
过程与方法:Through activities and tasks, enable students to practice the initiative connection of contents studies, use English in life.
情感态度价值观:Stimulate students’interest to study English and form the good study habit.
二、学情分析
四年级学生直观形象思维较强,对图片、歌曲、任务活动等比较感兴趣,而且他们接触英语已有一段时间,具有初步的听说读写能力,渴望获得更多的锻炼机会。对于本课知识而言,他们在之前所学的基础上已经能够听说和认读三个短语和I’ll…的句型,而对于What will you do on Sunday?一句在课前也以预习单元句型的形式带领学生进行了认读感知,这为本堂课的教学做好了铺垫。
三、教学重点
a. Learn the new phrases: read a book, watch TV, play computer games
b. Grasp the new drills: I’ll…What will you do on Sunday?
四、教学难点
a. Grasp the new drills.
b. Stimulate students’ interest to study English and form the good study habit.

六、教学过程
Step1 Warming-Up
a. Let's say a chant: In a week
b. Ask and answer.
Do you like weekends? What do you usually do on weekends?
Step2 Presentation
a. Introduce the schedule of this Saturday and learn the new phrases “read a book”.
①Show the pictures and introduce my schedule1——go to the library.
The students learn the new phrases (read a book).
②Talk about the logion and our school’s Reading Festival.
The students learn the sentence (I’ll…) and talk about the books they will read.
b. Introduce the schedule of this Sunday and learn the new phrases “watch TV”.
①Show the pictures of our school’s activities on Children’s Day and introduce my schedule2——watch TV and watch Beijing Opera at home.
  The students learn the new phrases (watch TV).
②Distinguish the meaning of the word “watch”(手表/观看).

③The students practise the sentence (I’ll…) and talk about the TV programs they will watch.
c. Listen to the dialogue and learn the phrase and the new dialogue.
①Read the questions and listen to the dialogue.

③Talk about the ball games and learn the sentence “What will you do on Sunday?”
④Learn the new dialogue.
Step 3 Practice
a. Assign the role and act the dialogue.
b. Let’s make: Talk about your plan
The students choose their favourite activities and talk about the plan in pairs.
Step 4 Additional activities
  Group work: Do a survey.
  Talk about the schedule of Dragon Boat Festival and make up a dialogue in the groups.
