Teaching Aims:
Knowledge aim:
1 Master the new words: tour, move, enjoy, dish, guide, ancient, hit, ring, drum.
2 master the key sentences: I/you can/can’t do? Can you do…?
3 Can use useful expressions to introduce something .
Ability aim:
1 Develop the students' ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2 Encourage students to express themselves in English, especially talk about a trip or other activities.
Emotion aim:
1 Let the students know more about Chinese culture.
2 Arouse the students interest in learning English and enhance their confidence to speak English.
3 Encourage students to introduce something by themselves and improve their expressing abilities.
学情分析
Analysis of students: Students are in the second term of Grade 7. The new words are abstract for them, so I should make up some sentences with these new words to introduce and describe some interesting places. So students can master the words with interest. I will let them know and understand the new words in real life situation. Considering students different abilities, In order to let each student join the class teaching, I design some tasks of different levels . So the students can choose the one that they can do.
重点难点

1 Express Can do /Can’t do.
2 Make a introduction of interesting places on students’own.

【热身和导入】Step 1: Warm up and Lead-in(to improve speaking ability)
Talk about some questions about the cities along the silk road among students and I to set up English class atmosphere and Lead to New Lesson.
【讲授】Step 2 :Learn New Words(to learn new knowledge)
1 First Show a video about some interesting places of Xi抋n and lead students to say these places so as to learn about Xi抋n.
2 Show some pictures of interesting places of Xi抋n to lead the students to learn the new words and expressions.
