教学目标:
1. 能听说认读单词seal, dolphin, hippo;能听、说、读、写tiger, cat. dog并能在四线格中规范书写;熟练掌握并运用句子:What’s that in English? It’s a/an ... 。能把词汇融入句子中进行学习、操练,在对话交流的过程中完成目标词汇的学习和运用
2. 通过对本课对话的学习和表演,对对话重新构建,在小组内重新编排,创设情景,表演出来。
3. 通过本课的学习,培养学生热爱小动物的美好情感,对德育进行渗透,体现了英语教学的人文性。
学情分析:
四年级的孩子们具有好奇、好活动、爱表现、善模仿等特点,他们对英语有着浓厚的兴趣。在一年级快乐英语第一册第五单元我们就已经接触了《Animals.》话题,学习了单词bird, puppy, fish, chick, kitten。学生相对来说有一定的基础。本单元,前几课我们还学习了单词zoo, farm, giraffe, camel, monkey, panda, bear和句子What’s this in English?及其答句 It’s a/an ... 通过本课的学习,使学生能够熟练使用本课单词和句子,并能对教材的对话进行重组,自编对话并表演出来。

教法和学法:
为了顺利完成本课的教学目标,我综合运用了以下几种教和学的方法:小组合作学习法、直观情景教学法、交际法等,辅之以PPT、视频、图片等多种手段,加强师生间的双边活动,让学生大胆的说,大胆的表达,主动的思维。
一、热身复习
1)Hello, everyone. I’m Miss Xu. Welcome to my English class. Today we will learn Unit6 Lesson33. First let’s sing an English song.
课前打招呼,互致问候;唱英语歌,激发英语学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛。
Boys and girls,look at the animal cards. They are so nice. If you did a good job in this class, you can get a card. So everybody, come on!
交待评价卡片,有关小动物的卡片,既有视觉上的冲击,又为后面学习小动物做铺垫。
新课呈现
1)分小组,猜组名,在猜名字过程中呈现并学习本课的单词和句子。
There are six groups in our class. Group one, ... and Group six. Do you want to know the name of your group? Now let’s guess the names. Maybe the names are about some animals.
班级有六个小组,猜猜每个小组的名字是什么,设疑激趣。

通过创设去动物园看动物的情景,巩固复习、拓展动物单词,并操练本课所学习的单词和句子,让学生在情景中感知运用。
在描述动物的时候,用形容词描述,丰富了交流的语言,增强了趣味性。同时用现在进行时介绍动物正在做什么,为后面的语句学习做好铺垫。师生间展开一个又一个话轮,让学生体会到语言学习的乐趣。
此环节复习和操练单词:lion, giraffe, bear, monkey, camel, tiger, panda, seal, dolphin, hippo。
回归课文
In the zoo, we see a lot of animals. Miss Liu and her students are visiting the zoo. Do you want to know what animals they are looking at? Let’s have a look.
此环节分三个部分:
观看课文的视频动画。
带着问题再次观看视频,思考答案。
阅读课文核对答案。
Next give you two questions to read the dialogue in your groups. Then come here and act it out.
小组内练习说对话,并表演。分小组到前边展示对话。将本课对话至于小情景中,让学生运用。
