教学过程
Step 1.:Warming-up
T: Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello, Ms Wu.
T: Today I divide you into two groups. 让学生看黑板,教师在黑板上画一个男孩和一个女孩的头像,告诉学生,今天分两个组,boys group ,girls group, If you did well, a smile face for you. 此处的分组不仅是为了调动孩子们的积极性,更是为了引出smile 这个词,让学生在比赛的过程中,在获得笑脸的过程中,习得smile 的读音和意思。
师生一起说:chant. (Ear, ear, can hear. Eye, eye, can look.Head, head, remember. Hand, hand, can write.We use them. We are best.)此chant 不仅是提高孩子们的兴趣,更重要的是告诉孩子们在学习的过程中,我们要运用全身各个器官去学习,去运用,我们才是最好的。
Step 2 Learn the new words.
运用自然拼读的方法学习cup, plan, 课件上出现up, 学生会读,然后由up 学习 cup ,学生运用以前掌握的拼读方法,很容易读出cup。(运用已经掌握的知识自然习得新知识,培养了学生的自学能力和获得成功的喜悦心情)
同样地方法学习:plan ,由an→lan →plan (此处可以采取提问的方式,回答正确的给小组一个笑脸)课件上出现cap cup came come football baseball让学生读,在读的过程中,学生可能有出现错误,baseball 可能会读成basketball,这个时候课件上出现It’s easy to make mistakes with English words.
T:英语单词很容易弄错。Lingling made a mistake. Let’s have a look. (引出课文的学习)
Step 3 Learn the text Part 1:
T:Who is the boy?
T:He got up and couldn’t find “what”?(此处可以采取提问的方式,回答正确的给小组一个笑脸)
Listen and read.(听点读笔并跟读)
Learn the text Part 2:
1.T:Sam put on his bag and went to school. Look at the picture.Where is it? 引导学生说出“classroom”
T:What’s on Amy’s head? 引导学生说出“cup”
T:What does Sam say? 引导学生说出“ Why do you have cups on your heads? Why are you laughing?”
(此处的方法学习重在引导学生观察图片,利用图片猜测课文意思,培养学生的观察能力和猜测想象能力。)
T:Why do they have cups on their head? Why are they laughing? Do you want to know? Ok, let’s have a look at the next paragraph. “P45”Try to read the text. And circle the words you can’t read.(2分钟,教师巡视,走到每个学生中间问Can I help you?)
课件上显示tell--told plan---planned ask-- asked bring-----brought laugh---laughed(此处可以采取提问的方式,回答正确的给小组一个笑脸)让学生读,教师强调过去式asked, planned的读法。
T:Who can say“Why...”引导学生回答
T:It’s easy to make mistakes with English words. So we should listen and write carefully and study hard. Let’s learn paragraph 3. Listen and answer:

播放录音,让学生认真听
T:Who can answer?引导学生回答
2.Listen and read after the E-pen. (跟点读笔听音,同步朗读 ,矫正发音。)
3.Read the text.(学生自读课文,加深理解,为练习做铺垫)
Step4: Practice
(1)Read the past tense rightly, and pay attention to the red letters’ pronunciation.

(2) Help the words go home.(设计意图:让学生复习课文中出现的过去式,检测学生的学习效果,督促学生养成专心学习的好习惯。)
2.Look at the three pictures and retell the text in groups.L引导学生复述三幅图片,每幅图片给出关键词(设计意图:旨在让学生利用所学用于实践,起到拓展、拔高、提高语言运用能力的作用。)
3.完成活动四Read and write with the model .Then ask and answer.laugh happy A: Why are you laughing ?B: Because I'm happy. ... (设计意图:巩固重点句型并让学生利用所学用于实践,起到拓展、提高语言运用能力的作用。)
Step5:The emotional education .
It's easy to make mistakes with languages,our life too.在学习语言方面很容易犯错误, 生活同样如此。We should learn to summarize and change.我们应该学会总结和改变。Please be brave. Don't give up forever.请勇敢面对。永不言弃。(设计意图:旨在对学生进行情感教育,给孩子一种信念:在学习的过程中出现困难不可怕,就怕不面对困难!培养孩子爱学习,爱生活,起到美育和智育的作用。)
Step5: Homework
1.Make two dialogues with the word “why”and practice them. .(用“why” 做两个小对话,并进行操练。)
2.Find ten words that you've learned to make mistakes and practice them.(在学过的词汇中找出十个容易出错误的单词,并进行操练。)(设计意图:旨在让学生利用所学用于实践,起到拓展、提高语言运用能力的作用。)

设计意图:既复习了上节课课文内容,又练习了Why,because用法,并创设情境导入新课。

设计意图:游戏教学是一种激发并保持小学生英语学习兴趣的重要途径,在课堂教学中合理、巧妙地设计游戏活动能有效地提高教学效果。
