一、教学目标
1. 能够在情景中运用“Where are you going…? ”“What are you going to do…?”“When are you going…?”询问对方的计划。
2. 能够理解对话大意;能用正确的语音、语调朗读对话;
二、教学重点、难点
1. 在情景中恰当运用句型“Where are you going…? ”“What are you going to do…?”“When are you going…?”询问对方的计划。
2. 理解词汇comic book、space travel、half price的意思并能正确发音。

教师准备本课时的音频、视频和教学课件。
教学过程
Step 1: Review & Lead in(复习&导入)
1. 旧知复习
(1)教师利用课件出示A Let’s learn词汇,引导学生复习巩固所学单词和词组。
(2)向学生展示A Let’s talk 对话,复习巩固所学句型。
2. 新课导入
教师利用课件快速呈现以下单词和词组,学生快速认读。
动词类:play football, play basketball, play sports, go to school, go shopping, do homework , wash my clothes, watch TV, read books, speak English, draw cartoons, swim, pick apples, make a snowman, listen to music, have English class, dance…
时间类:this weekend, this evening, tomorrow, this morning, this afternoon, Tuesday, Saturday…
地点类:classroom, bookstore, science museum, post office, hospital, school, cinema, bedroom, kitchen…
教师引导学生找出三类词对应的疑问词what、where和when,并板书句型:What are you going to do? Where are you going? When are you going? 教师教授这些句型并引导回答。
Step 2: Presentation & Practice(新课呈现&当堂操练)
1. Let’s try
(1)听前预测。教师出示两个人物图片,介绍听力活动背景:Who is he? Who is she?John is on his way home. He sees Amy. What is Amy going to do? Can you guess?请学生先尝试猜测答案,强调学生要用She/He is going to…进行预测。教师提示学生可以通过插图猜测问题的答案。
(2)教师播放第一遍录音,让学生回答第一个问题。教师追问:Is John going to buy some fruit? 然后播放第二遍录音,学生回答第二个问题。教师订正第二题答案时可以通过追问学生:Who is Jack? 为Let’s talk将会提到的人物作铺垫。
2. Let’s talk
(1)看图预测对话内容
教师用课件呈现John和Jack的头像并介绍说:John and Jack are going to do an interesting thing. What are they going to do? 引导学生用“They are going to…”进行猜测。
(2)听对话,回答问题
教师播放录音,学生带着问题,听录音后回答问题并订正答案。教师追问:What film are they going to see? What’s your favourite film?适当拓展适合学生看的英语电影。
(3)阅读文本,回答问题
Q1: Where are they going?
Q2: When are they going?
Q3: When does Amy suggest(建议) they see a film?
引导学生回答问题,并解释周二电影院半价的生活常识。讲解space travel、half price的含义。建议教师通过更多例句解释训练Why not…?的用法。
(4)跟读课文,纠正发音
教师播放课文录音,学生跟读,纠正发音。特别是三会单词space、travel、half和price的发音及理解。
(5)观看课文动画视频,理解文意
教师播放课文动画视频,学生观看视频弄清文意。重点理解下列句子句意:
Why not go on Tuesday?
It’s half price then!
(6)两人一组,分角色朗读对话。
Step 3: Consolidation &Extension(巩固&拓展)
1. 调查活动。
学生采访自己的同桌,并根据采访内容完成课本第二部分的内容。
2. 学生根据表格信息,两人一组进行对话创编。例如:
A: Where are you going this weekend?
B: I’m going to the cinema.
A: What are you going to do? See a film?
B: Yes. I’m going to see Kung Fu Panda.
A: Cool. When are you going?
B: Saturday evening.
A: I’m free on Saturday evening. Can I go with you?
B: Sure.
Step 4: Summary(小结)
本课时我们重点学习了在情景中恰当运用句型“Where are you going…?”“What are you going to do...?”“When are you going…?”谈论计划。

教学反思
1. 亮点:学生对谈论个人近期计划很感兴趣,因为很贴近生活。创编对话活动给学生搭建语言框架,让学生能够活学活用。
2. 不足之处:部分学生不能正确使用be going to结构的特殊疑问句,需要加强练习。
