一、教学目标
1. 学生能够听、说、读、写单词和词组：visit my grandparents、see a film、take a trip、go to the supermarket、 this morning、this afternoon、this evening、tonight、tomorrow和next week。
2. 能够在语境中正确运用上述单词和词组来谈论自己的活动或计划。
3. 能够在情景中运用句型“What are you going to do today? I’m going to…”就计划进行询问和回答。
二、教学重点、难点
听、说、读、写上述单词和词组，并能运用它们来描述活动或计划。
三、教学准备
教师准备本课时的音频、单词卡片和教学课件。
教学过程
Step 1: Review & Lead in（复习&导入）
1. 旧知复习
学生表演A Let’s talk的对话。通过练习，巩固复习句型“What are you going to do? I’m going to…”。
2. 新课导入
教师利用课件呈现太阳在天上不同的位置，让学生通过看图大体判断时间：morning、afternoon、evening，并提问：What are you going to do this morning/...?
Step 2: Presentation & Practice（新课呈现&当堂操练）
1.词汇呈现
教师利用课件呈现A Let’s learn部分的插图，先提问：Who are they? 然后介绍：They are talking about Chen Jie’s weekend. Today is Saturday. What is Chen Jie going to do this weekend? What is Chen Jie going to do this morning? 教师在黑板上板书，表格如下：

教师通过同样的方式，请学生说出其他与时间相关的单词和词组，如this afternoon、this evening、tonight、tomorrow和next week等，并板书到表格中。
2.跟读单词，掌握读音
教师利用图片整体呈现本部分单词。教师指着Let’s learn 部分挂图介绍：What is Chen Jie going to do this weekend? She is going to visit her grandparents. She is going to see a film. She is going to take a trip. She is going to go to the supermarket.学生理解后，跟读本部分的单词。
3.小组讨论，填写表格
教师给词组编上序号，组织学生四人一组为单位，讨论陈杰每个时间段要做的事情并填入表格。
4.对话训练，运用语言
教师带上陈杰的头饰，通过角色扮演与学生进行对话，帮助学生获取信息。教师先介绍：Hello. I’m Chen Jie. 学生运用“What are you going to do…?”提问。教师边回答边在表格里填上词组。填完整个表格后选出答案最接近的小组为最佳小组。
Step 3: Consolidation & Extension（巩固&拓展）
1. 游戏巩固
“地雷”游戏：教师在课件上其中一个单词下方画上地雷，学生读单词，遇到有地雷的单词就要保持安静，否则地雷就会爆炸。
【设计意图】通过游戏，训练学生对单词音、形的掌握。
2. Make a plan
（1）学生根据自己实际情况填写好Make a plan的表格。
（2）两人一组，谈论一下各自的周末计划。
（3）教师选择做好准备的学生向全班汇报。例如：
Today is Saturday. I’m going to …this morning. I’m going to …this afternoon…
Step 4: Summary（小结）
本课我们重点学习了单词和短语：visit my grandparents、see a film、take a trip、go to the supermarket、this morning、this afternoon、this evening、tonight和next week，并能运用它们来描述不同时间段的活动计划。
Step 5: Test（当堂微测）
根据汉语写出相应的单词或词组。
1. 看望我的爷爷奶奶（外公外婆） _____________

教学反思
1. 亮点：通过在句子中、游戏中操练单词等活动，大多数同学能够听、说、认读单词，能够记住单词的音和义。“地雷”游戏激发了学生的兴趣，巩固运用了本课时表示将来的时间和动词短语。
2. 不足之处：个别学生在利用be going to结构表达时容易忘掉be动词。
