一、教学目标
1. 学生能够听、说、读、写forest、river、lake、mountain和hill这五个单词。
2. 能够在语境中熟练运用这五个单词和所学句型询问公园里是否有某物。
二、教学重点、难点
学生能听、说、读、写上述五个单词并能询问自然公园里是否有某物。
三、教学准备
1. 教师准备本课时的音频、视频和教学课件。
2. 教师准备好单词卡片。
教学过程
Step 1: Review & Lead in (复习&导入) 1. 旧知复习
学生分小组表演A Let’s talk部分的内容，请三组学生上讲台展示。
2. 新课导入
教师利用课件呈现一幅自然公园的图片，与学生进行对话。例如：
T: Is there a/an river/lake/forest/... in the park? Ss: Yes, there is./No, there isn’t.
Step 2: Presentation & Practice (新课呈现&当堂操练) 1. Let’s learn
（1）呈现新单词
①教师利用课件呈现一棵树的图片，问“What’s this?”，学生回答“It’s a tree.”，然后呈现很多树的图片，说“Now it’s a forest. Read after me, please. Forest, it’s a forest.”，教师板书forest并领读。
②教师在树林的旁边呈现一条小河的图片，说“Oh, there is a river. Read after me, please. River, there is a river.”，教师板书river并领读。
③教师在小河旁边呈现一个湖的图片，说“What’s beside the river? It’s a lake. Read after me, please. Lake, it’s a lake.”，教师板书lake并领读。
④教师在树林的远处呈现一座高山和一座小山的图片，说“Look, there is a mountain and a hill beside the forest. The big one is a mountain and the small one is a hill.”，教师板书mountain和hill并领读。
⑤教师总结“Look at the picture now. It’s a nature park. There is a forest. There is a river. There is a lake. There is a mountain. There is a hill.”，在总结的过程中引导学生复述。
（2）听一听，读一读
教师播放课文录音，学生跟读，提醒学生注意模仿录音中的语音、语调。
（3）创编对话
学生同桌合作，替换对话中的关键词，进行对话练习，然后请几位学生上讲台表演。
S1: Is there a/an ... in the park? S2: Yes, there is./No, there isn’t.
2. Draw and ask
（1）学生小组合作，拿出画笔和画纸，描绘出一幅自然公园图。
（2）学生小组用句型“Is there a/an … in front of/beside/behind / … the …?”“Yes, there is. /No, there isn’t.”进行问答练习。
Step 3: Consolidation & Extension (巩固&拓展) 1. 游戏：What’s missing?
教师依次出示单词卡片，请学生逐一朗读，并把卡片贴在黑板上；然后抽掉其中一张卡片，看谁先说出藏起来的那张卡片。
2. 游戏：滚雪球
S1: There is a river in the park.
S2: There is a river and a lake in the park.
S3: There is a river, a lake and a hill in the park.
S4: There is …
Step 4: Summary (小结) 本课我们重点学习了forest、river、lake、mountain和hill这五个单词，并巩固复习了“Is there ...?”句型及其答语，在问答的过程中还插入了对方位介词的复习和运用。
Step 5: Test (当堂微测) 看图片，写单词。
