教学过程
Step 1: Review & Lead in(复习&导入)
1. 旧知复习
教师让全体学生闭上眼睛,将pen藏在一个学生的课桌里,进行问答练习。
T: Where is it? Is it in your pencil box?
S1: Yes, it is./No, it isn’t.
两人一组,用所学词汇和句型,进行问答练习。
2. 新课导入
教师拿出一个书包,说“There are many books in this schoolbag. What are they? Are they notebooks?”引导学生用“Are they…?”“Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.”来猜一猜, 直到猜出正确答案“They are story books.”。
Step 2: Presentation & Practice(新课呈现&当堂操练)
Let’s talk
1. 介绍情境
教师利用课件出示课本图二的情景图,引导学生观察,谈论图片。
T: Who are they?
S: John and his mum.
T: What are they doing?
S: John and his mum are looking for the keys.
教师利用课件出示keys的图片,提出问题。
Where are the keys? Are they on the table? Are they near the ...?
2. 教师播放本部分视频,让学生观看本课视频,回答问题。
T:Where are the keys? Are they on the table?
S:...
T: Are they near the phone?
S: ...
集体讨论,教师总结并板书核心句型。
—Are they…?
—Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.
3. 听录音,跟读课文对话,注意语音、语调。
4. 让学生自己尝试读对话。
5. 两人一组分角色读对话。
6. 表演展示:让学生做对话表演,评出一组“最佳搭档”。
Step 3: Consolidation & Extension(巩固&拓展)
1. Ask, answer and write
两人一组,开展问答活动,学生打开课本第41页,根据书上的图片进行问答练习,将正确的答案填在课本对应的圆圈内。
A: Where are the ...?
B: Are they on/in/under ...?
A: Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.
2. 找一找
教师拿出一串钥匙,面向黑板,让一个同学拿去藏到教室某一位置。然后教师在教室里找钥匙,问“Are they in the book/on the desk/under the chair?”,学生根据情况回答“Yes, they are./No,they aren’t.”。
然后学生分小组玩游戏,操练句型“Are they on/in/under ...?”及其答语“Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.”。
Step 4: Summary(小结)
本课我们重点学习了“Where are …?”“Are they…?”“ Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.”要求学生能够运用句型“Are they…?”“Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.”询问并回答某人或某物是否在哪里。

教学反思
1. 亮点: 学生对找物品感兴趣,乐于运用句型“Are they on/in/under ...?”询问物品的位置,并根据实际情况用“Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.”做出回答。
2. 不足之处:部分学生不能正确运用句型提问。
3. 教学建议:本节课学习了询问物体位置的句型,文中涉及的都是复数,所以操练中要提醒学生注意名词的复数形式。
