一、教学目标

教师准备本课时的音频、视频材料和教学课件。
教学过程
Step 1: Review & Lead in(复习&导入)
1. 旧知复习
教师出示John的全家福照片,师生根据照片开展问答练习。
T: Who’s this man?
S: He is …
T: Who’s this woman?
S: She is …
2. 新课导入
让学生每人准备一张全家福介绍自己的家人。
Hi! I’m …This is my family. This is my father. This is my mother .…
Step 2: Presentation & Practice(新课呈现&当堂操练)
Let’s talk
1. 教师利用课件呈现自己的全家福,说“Look, this is my family. This is my father. This is ...”,然后接着问学生“How many people?”,引导学生做出回答并总结“Yes. My family has ... people.”。
2. 教师利用课件呈现句型“How many people are there in your family?”“My family has ... people.”,让学生两人一组,根据自己的实际情况进行对话练习。
3. 教师利用课件呈现一张父母的照片,说“Look! They are my parents.”,教师板书parents并领读。
4. 教师利用课件播放课文视频,学生根据视频内容理解对话内容;然后教师问“How many people are there in Sarah’s family? Who are they?”,引导学生回答“Six. Her parents, her sister, her baby brother, her little puppy and Sarah.”。
5. 教师播放课文录音,学生跟读,注意模仿对话中人物的语音和语调。
6. 学生两人一组分角色朗读对话,教师让几组学生上讲台表演,选出优胜组。
Step 3: Consolidation & Extension(巩固&拓展)
1. Pair work
学生两人一组,相互了解一下同学的家庭情况,并做记录。示例对话如下:
S1: How many people are there in your family?
S2: My family has ... people.
S1: Who are they?
S2: ...
2. Let’s count
(1)学生观察图片,读一读Zoom提的问题,并回答。
(2)学生两人一组,观察图片,进行问答练习。
(3)教师抽取3组学生进行问答演示,可以适当创编内容。
Step 4: Summary(小结)
本课我们重点学习了单词parents以及运用句型“How many people are there in your family?”“My family has ...”询问并回答家中有几位家庭成员,要求学生能够正确运用所学语言。
