课题:Unit 1 Welcome to our school. Lesson 1
教学目标:
(1)语言知识目标:能够听说读写重点词汇及主要句型。主要学习重点词汇library, borrow, borrow books, meeting room, have a meeting, welcome, meet, our, show around及主要句型Welcome to our school. We often borrow books from the library.
(2)能力目标:本部分主要让学生掌握一些简单表示欢迎及介绍的语句,并通过听听做做的活动,让学生练习并运用所学的词汇。让学生明白句型的应用的情境。学习有关短语和句型后能应用于实践。
(3)情感目标:结合实际生活,创设真实情境,引导学生热爱自己的学校,有主人翁责任感,对待客人热情礼貌,激发学习兴趣和热情,提高学习的积极性和主动性;培养学生团结合作的意识和精神。
(4)策略目标:鼓励学生积极运用多种学习方法和策略,自主获取信息,主动交际,分享交流,并且鼓励他们自己联想情境记忆知识点。在教学过程中鼓励学生大胆的开口说英语,表达自己的想法。
教学重点:

句子:
Welcome to our school.

borrow和show around在句子中的灵活运用

教学过程:
Warm-up & Revision
(1) Greetings
T: Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello, teacher.
T: Nice to see you again. Welcome back to school.
Ss: Nice to see you, too.
(2) Riddle
T: It’s a place. We can see teachers and classmates there. We often have classes, play games, and do many interesting things there. What place is it?
Ss: School.
2. Presentation
(1) 借助热身活动中猜谜的结果“school”引出本课任务:扮演一名小导游,学会向来访的客人或外宾介绍自己的学校。
(2) 借助主题图让学生了解课文中的人物关系,介绍visit-visitor的变化同时理解visitor的意义,借助视频理解词组show around的意思,并反复练习发音,突破难点。
(3) 看课文视频,跟着Li Yan和Gao Wei参观学校,感知情景,并回答问题。
参考问题:
Who are the little guides in the text?
What places in their school do they introduce to the visitors?
Do the students often borrow books from the library?
What do the students often do in the meeting room?
(4) Matching game
T: From what place do you often borrow books?
Ss: Library.
T: In what place do you often have a meeting?
Ss: Meeting room.
(5) 学习library
通过展示照片,让学生感知、理解词汇,掌握词汇的发音,能够根据图片说出在library的活动。
T: Do you often borrow books from the library?
Ss: Yes, we do. / No, we don’t.
(6) 学习meeting room
给出meeting room的照片,让学生将图片与单词联系起来,学习掌握词汇的含义。并学习在meeting room 中开会的英文表达:have a meeting。
3. Practice
(1) 多种方式引导学生体验、模仿Just talk中的语句。
(2) 引导学生分角色表演、复述对话,巩固语言。
(3) 任务执行,小导游介绍学校。

Welcome to our school.

We often borrow books from the library.
We often have meetings in the meeting room.
作业设计:
1. Read and recite the dialogue.
2. Show your classmate(s) around our school and make a new dialogue according to the text.
