Lesson 14:Jenny’s school life
Step 1. Opening class:Greet the students in everyday English and make sure they can response correctly.Check the homework and explain if necessary.
.Step2 Lead-in
Divide the class into small groups. Ask each group to make up a dialogue about their school life. Encourage the students to use as much vocabularies as possible.then we will learn Jenny抯 school.
Step3. teach the new words:middle,grade,print,guitar,fair.
Make sure the Students can read these words correctly.
Step4.Listening.
Listen to the tape and number the pictures of Let抯 Do It. No 1.
Step5.Reading.
1. Read the text and answer the questions inNo2 of Let抯 Do It to understand the text.
2. Read the text again , find out some phrases in the text and translate them into Chinese. Then make sentences with the phrases.
