Step 1. Warm-up
1. greetings.

3.Revision:Show a postcard to the students and ask three new questions . Guide them to make the right answer.
Ask:
How to write a postcard?
Where do you write on the postcards?
Where do you put the address?
Wait for the correct answer.

Step 2.Presentation
Where 's the post office?
Danny and Jenny want to send the postcards,Where 's the post office?
(1)Let抯 watch the video and then find the answer.
(2) Traffic signs: teach tum, turn left and turn right. Go straight ahead. Then turn left/right.At last traffic lights.(通过跟读，指读，带手势读，游戏,chant等多种方式操练这三个指令词。)
(3) practice

Now look at this map,practice in pairs(同伴练习，然后上台展示)

2. At the post office
(1) let the students look at the second part of the 42 page of the textbook. Discuss what they see in the picture. Browse each picture and read the sentence in the frame to the student, and then explain the meaning.
(2) discuss the photo after watching the video,let the students follow. then teach the new word:wrong.
(3)Read and answer.
(4)Role-play.

First, to explain to the students, when they want to buy an item, with How much is _________? When they want to buy multiple items, with How much are _________?
Look at the first frame. One thing is closer to you and the other is far away. Use this when referring to nearer items and use that when referring to more distant objects. Second frame, refer to more recent articles by these, using those to refer to objects far from.
Use these two examples to help students understand the task requirements.
A:How much is that cap?
B:It 's fifteen yuan.
A:How much are these shoes?
B:They are 35 yuan.
