Procedures:
Before
class,
search
an
English
song
about
the
main
sentence
structure:
the
general
interrogative
sentence
form
of
present
tense
and
sing
it
together.
Step1.
Preparation
Lead-in:
After
the
song
“Are
you
sleeping?”
The
teacher
asks
the
students
“Are
you
sleeping?”
the
answers
maybe
be
“no”,
the
teacher
gives
them
an
explanation:
“of
course
no,
because
we
are
having
an
English
class
right
now.”
then
they
come
to
the
point
directly.
“So
boys
and
girls,
what
are
we
going
to
learn?
Today
we
will
continue
to
learn
unit
6
we
are
watching
the
games.
After
repeating
the
title,
teacher
asks
“Are
we
watching
games
now?”
The
answers
maybe
“no”
again,
then
tell
them
“But
in
today’s
class,
we
can
watch
games,
later
I’ll
show
you
some
games
and
you
must
tell
us
who
they
are
and
what
they
are
doing,
ok?”
Step2.
Presentation
1.
Let’s
look
and
say
The
teacher
shows
the
videos
of
famous
sportsman
and
sportswomen,
students
report
what
they
see.
After
that
the
teacher
gives
more
pictures
about
sport,
to
help
students
to
review
the
words
about
sports.
2.
Let’s
look
and
guess.
Show
the
pupils
some
pictures
that
half
covered,
let
them
to
guess
what
those
people
are
doing,
teacher
show
an
example
first:
“what
are
they
doing?
Are
they
eating?
Yes,
they
are.
No,
they
aren’t.”
3.
Let’s
chant
and
act.
At
the
end
of
last
step,
the
picture
was
about
two
pupils
are
playing
tennis
together,
and
then
teacher
asks:
“do
you
like
sports?”
then
let
everybody
stand
up
to
do
sports
together.
4.
Watch
and
say
After
sports
doing
,teacher
suggest
pupils
to
watch
a
video
about
Zhou
Pei
and
Peter’s
friends,
to
see
whether
they
can
do
sports
well
like
them
just
now.
Next
pupils
should
answer
four
questions
as
a
test.

3.
Practice
1.
Listen
and
repeat.
Watch
again,
and
then
try
to
imitate
the
dialogue
by
themselves
and
in
groups.
2.
Let’s
do
a
role
play.
Play
the
video
without
sound,
and
choose
some
students
to
do
role
play.
3.
Let’s
act
and
guess.
Prepare
some
pictures
about
sports,
choose
a
group
to
choose
one
of
them,
and
then
they
do
the
action,
the
teacher
ask
another
group
to
guess
what
they
are
doing.
They
should
ask:
“Are
you
….?”
If
they
get
the
answer:
“Yes,
we
are.”
They
can
get
stars
for
their
group.
Step
4.
Production
Let’s
read,
listen,
and
act.

Words)
Teachers
send
different
pictures
to
each
group,
there
is
a
sport
name
and
some
sentences
about
it
on
the
picture.
Students
read
it
in
groups
first,
and
then
teacher
call
out
the
key
words,
if
a
group
get
the
word
on
the
picture
,
all
of
members
should
stand
up
and
say
out
the
sentences
and
do
the
action
at
the
same
time.
Step
5.
Progress
Sports
Meet.
The
teacher
shows
a
picture
of
playground.
First,
she
asks
students
to
talk
about
the
question:
“What
can
we
do
on
the
playground?”
Second,
shows
more
pictures
about
sports
meet
and
invite
the
whole
class
to
join
the
spots
meet,
let
the
students
to
choose
their
favorite
sport
to
join
and
make
a
new
dialogue.
After
a
while,
each
group
can
act
out
their
dialogue
to
win
more
stars
for
their
group.
