第二部分
阅读(共两节,满分50分)
第一节(共15小题;每小题2.
5分,满分37.5分)
阅读下列短文,从每题所给的四个选项(A、B、C,和D)中,选出最佳选项.
A
We
all
need
Vitamin(维生素)D
because
it
helps
to
build
and
keep
strong
bones.
A
lack
of
it
can
lead
to
some
bone
diseases.
As
studies
show,
sunlight
is
great
for
making
Vitamin
D.
When
you're
outdoors,
your
body
will
create
the
Vitamin
D
you
need
from
direct
sunlight
on
your
skin.
In
order
to
get
enough
Vitamin
D,
you
should
get
10-30
minutes
of
sunlight
at
a
time
several
times
a
week.
However,
people
with
darker
skin
may
need
a
little
more
time
than
this.
Besides,
your
exposure(暴露)time
in
the
sunlight
should
depend
on
how
sensitive
your
skin
is
to
the
sunlight.
Too
much
sunlight
can
be
dangerous,
for
it
may
cause
some
bad
results,
including
sunburn,
eye
damage
and
skin
problems.
If
you
have
to
stay
in
the
sunlight
for
a
long
time,
you
should
be
careful
not
to
let
sunlight
hurt
your
skin,
so
take
care
to
protect
your
skin
with
sunscreen
before
it
starts
to
turn
red.
In
a
word,
your
ability
to
make
Vitamin
D
from
sunlight
relies
on
the
time
of
day,
your
skin
color,
where
you
live
and
so
on.
Keep
those
in
mind
when
you
go
out
for
Vitamin
D
from
sunlight.

keep
their

strong.
22.

is
the
bad
result
if
you
stay

Yoga(瑜伽)is
a
kind
of
sport.
It
is
very
popular
around
the
world
now.
Everyone
young
or
old,
men
or
women,
can
do
yoga.
There
are
many
reasons
why
people
like
yoga.
First,
yoga
can
build
up
your
muscles.
Your
body
will
become
stronger
and
more
flexible.
Second,
yoga
helps
you
get
rid
of
stress.
What's
more,
yoga
can
help
your
mind
stay
calm.
To
put
it
simply,
the
reason
why
so
many
people
are
falling
in
love
with
yoga
is
that
they
are
discovering
how
wonderful
it
is
for
their
mind,
body
and
spirit.
Yoga
began
in
India
about
5,
000
years
ago.
At
that
time,
people
wanted
to
be
free,
healthy
and
live
a
long
life.
As
a
result,
this
kind
of
exercise
was
born.
The
early
yoga
was
part
of
the
religion(宗教).It
was
usually
taught
one
to
one-one
teacher
and
one
student.
Later,
it
was
accepted
by
more
people.
Yoga
is
an
Indian
word
that
means
"to
join
together".
There
are
three
parts
of
yoga
altogether:
exercise,
breathing
and
meditation
(冥想).In
the
past,
people
paid
more
attention
to
the
spirit.
The
idea
behind
the
exercise
was
to
join
the
mind,
body
and
spirit
as
one.
With
the
development
of
the
exercise,
more
and
more
people
are
doing
yoga
as
a
way
of
keeping
healthy.
Among
them,
office
ladies
enjoy
doing
yoga
most.
Yoga
can
give
them
peace,
help
them
feel
relaxed
and
have
fewer
worries
and
illnesses.

in

together.
28.
Who
likes
doing
yoga
best?
A.
Office
ladies.
B.
Sportswomen.
C.
Old
people.
D.
College
students.
C
Nowadays
more
and
more
people
prefer
to
go
fishing
or
hiking
in
the
woods.
Experiencing
nature
is
exciting,
but
when
you're
doing
this,
always
keep
yourself
safe.
It's
important
to
remember
several
basic
rules
if
you
don't
want
to
turn
a
pleasant
outing
into
a
disaster.
First,
be
fully
prepared
for
different
weather.
Before
you
set
out,
always
get
warm
clothes
and
raincoats
ready,
just
in
ease!
This
is
especially
true
in
the
situation
of
travelling
in
the
mountain
areas.
The
weather
is
really
changeable
in
high
mountains.
Sometimes
you
can
experience
two
or
three
seasons
in
one
day.
Second,
pack
a
map,
a
compass,
and
a
flashlight
in
your
bag.
Even
experienced
travelers
get
lost.
Before
you
start
your
trip,
study
the
map
to
get
familiar
with
the
area
you
are
going
to.
The
flashlight
is
important
if
you
do
get
lost.
Many
trips
that
start
out
in
daylight
will
probably
become
nighttime
adventures
when
people
can't
find
their
way.
Third,
bring
a
first-aid
kit
and
know
how
to
use
it.
Small
cuts
can
be
more
serious
when
there
is
no
doctor
nearby.
Finally,
tell
people
where
you
are
going
and
when
you
plan
to
come
back.
That
way,
someone
will
go
and
search
for
you
if
troubles
appear.
This
will
increase
your
chance
of
being
found
quickly.

Fresh
fish
should

means
the

When

a

and
arrive
home,
you'd
better
store
the

fresh

should
be
stored

Going

I

During

told
us
that
the

to

to

achieve
high

This

How

M:
Hi!
How

W:
I

M:
Several

we
had

Their
Right

knocked
me

I

Nothing

stay
a

days

W:
Hi,

Come

the

their

Can
you
tell
me
what
you'

about?
M:
Yes,
at
this
point
I’m
thinking
about
the
Indian
civilization
in
the
southeast
desert
states.
I've
found
some
good
sources
about
it.
W:
That
sounds
very
interesting,
and
it
looks
like
you’ve
got
a
good

M:
Yes.
W:
Good,
if
you

any
help,
come
in
and
let's
talk
about
it.

M:
Hi,
Lucy.
Where
are
you
going?
W:
I'm
on
my
way
to
the
library.
M:
Would
you
like
to
go
to
the
cinema
with
me?
W:
I’d
love
to,
but
I
can't.
I
have
a
lot
of
things
to
do.
It
seems
I
will
never
get
through
everything.
M:
That’s
terrible.
I
felt
that
way
last
year
when
I
had
term
papers
to
write,
but
this
term
seems
much
easier.
I
spend
most
of
my
time
in
doing
experiments
in
labs.
I
think
doing
experiments
is
easier
than
writing
term
papers.
Hi.
You
need
to
relax
yourself.
I've
heard
that
the
movie
is
really
good.
It's
a
murder
mystery.
So
let's
go
and
see
it.
W:
Oh,
I'm
sure
I
won’t
go.
I
might
go
to
a
comedy,
because
I
hate
murder
mysteries.

M:
What
shall
we
do
this
weekend?
W:
Did
you
have
something
special
in
mind?
M:
No,
not
really.
I
just
thought
it
might
be
fun
to
do
something
new.
W:
Do
something
for
a
change
you
mean?
M:
Yes,
something
different.
We
need
a
change.
W:
I
usually
go
shopping
and
have
my
hair
done
during
the
weekend.
And
you
usually
watch
the
football
match
on
TV.
M:
Yes.
But
we
used
to
do
some
things
together
during
the
time
we
got
married.
W:
Now,
I’ve
got
an
idea.
Autumn
is
the
best
season
in
Beijing.
Why
don't
we
go
for
a
picnic
this
weekend?
You’ll
invite
your
friends,
and
I'll
invite
mine.
We'll
go
together.
M:
Good
idea.
I
will
see
about
the
car,
and
you
will
prepare
the
foods.
But
are
you
sure
you
really
want
all
our
friends
to
come
along?

One
year
ago
my
husband
bought
me
a
bicycle.
As
it
has
a
seat
at
the
back
and
a
basket
at
the
front,
I
can
take
my
little
daughter
to
school
and
the
library,
and
I
can
go
shopping
anywhere
as
well.
I
use
it
most
in
summer
when
the
weather
is
warm
and
dry.
It
can
be
very
unpleasant
in
winter
when
the
weather
is
cold
and
wet.
Accidents
are
not
the
only
problem.
One
day
I
went
shopping
and
came
back
to
find
my
front
wheel
was
missing.
It
was
a
long
walk
to
the
bicycle
shop!
Now
I
have
three
strong
locks.
My
husband
uses
my
bicycle
sometimes
for
an
outing.
He
is
not
good
at
riding
a
bicycle,
but
he
says
it
is
better
than
waiting
for
a
bus.
He
still
likes
his
car
best.
I
think
sitting
down
all
day
in
a
car
is
making
him
fatter
and
fatter.
On
my
bicycle
I
get
a
lot
of
exercise
and
fresh
air,
and
riding
makes
me
feel
a
lot
younger.
