【教学内容】
《PEP小学英语》(供三年级使用)三年级下册Unit 5 Do you like pears? Part B Let’s talk.
【教材分析】
Let’s talk部分通过Mike和张鹏到Sarah家做客吃水果的语境呈现了核心句型I like … / I don’t like …这两个句型结构难度不大,加之学生在三上第五单元已学过句型:Have some … Thanks. Thank you. Can I have some …? Here you are.这两组句型。因此,在学习时可能比较容易接受。
【学情分析】
1. 通过一、二年级的英语学习,学生已经初步具备了一定的语言基础,语音语调方面有了进步,但语言模仿能力仍需加强。
2. 本部分把单词和对话整合教学,多个句型:Can I have some …? Have some … Here you are.等,学生已在三年级上册课本中学习过,因此为本节课的学习做了一个很好的铺垫,使学生能够轻松地掌握新授内容I like …及I don’t like …表示对某物的好恶。
【教学目标】
1. 知识目标:
(1) 能够听、说、认、读单词grapes。
(2) 能够听懂并会说句型I like …及I don’t like …,并能在日常生活中灵活运用。
2. 能力目标:
能在真实情境中熟练运用句型I like …及I don’t like …表示对某物的好恶。
3. 情感目标:
通过分享水果和美食,让学生尽情享受生活。
【教学重、难点】
能够听懂并会说句型I like …及I don’t like …,并能够在日常生活中灵活运用。
【教学准备】
1. 教师:课件、有关食物饮料的卡片、头饰。
2. 学生:自带食物、饮料。
【教学过程】
Step 1: Greetings
Say “hello” to each other.
Step 2: Pre-task preparation
1. Sing the songs.
2. Play a game: Tell us one word about fruit in 30 seconds, one person one word, as quickly as you can ...
T: Well, you are so crazy! Look! What are they?
Ss: Pears!
T: I have a question, (T sticks the title on the blackboard) who can read?
S: Do you like pears?
T: Good! Who can answer?
Ss:
T: Some of you like pears, some of you don抰 like pears. Today, we go on to learn Unit 5 Do you like pears?
(T sticks Unit5 on the blackboard.)
Step 3: While-task procedure
Ⅰ. Ss learn the sentences: I like … & I don’t like …
T: Today, I bring so many fruits. Look! They are fresh, they are beautiful and colourful. What’s this?
Ss: Apple.
T: Yes, I like it. Please show me your finger and follow me!
(T板书句型:I like …,师领读,生跟读。)
T: I like apples. What about you?
Ss: ... (学生操练句型)
T: But I don’t like … Follow me! (T板书句型:I don’t like …,师领读,生跟读。) What about you?
Ss … (学生操练句型)
T: Well, there are so many things in our life. Please tell us what you like and you dislike. For example: I like dogs. I don’t like cats. ...
Ss: …
T: Now, Please open your book and turn to page 51. Please show me your pencil and circle the sentences: I like … & I don’t like … OK?
Ss: OK!
T: Go!
Ⅱ. Ss learn the word: grapes
T: Are you ready?
Ss: Ready.
T: OK. Who can tell us the first sentence: I like _______. (Ss fill in the blank)
S1: Grapes.
T: What about the second one? I don抰 like ______. (Ss fill in the blank)
S2: Grapes.
T: Boys and girls, what抯 this? Is it a purple ball? Is it an egg? Is it a nose?
Ss: No.
T: What抯 this?
Ss: A grape.
T: Yes, (老师教发音) a - /e?/ grape. This is a grape. This grape is purple. (Ss read after teacher)
T: What are they?
S: Grapes.
T: Yes, grapes. s - /s/ grapes.
1. Ss read after T.
2. Ss read it one by one.
T: I like grapes. What about you? If you like grapes, you can say: I like grapes; if you don’t like grapes, please tell us: I don’t like grapes.
Ss: … (Ss practise the sentences.)
Ⅲ. Ss learn the dialogue.
① T: OK! Some of you like grapes. Some of you don’t like grapes. What about our friends? Look! They are coming! (T shows PPT) Who are they?
Ss: Mike, Zhang Peng, Sarah & Sarah’s father...
(学生说,教师在黑板贴头饰,让学生通过初步感知文本,培养学生读图能力)
T: Now, I have a question: Who likes grapes? Let’s watch and choose.
Ss choose the right answers.
T: Mike likes grapes. So he says: (T shows PPT): Thanks, I like grapes. Please think: why does Mike says “Thanks”?
Ss …
T: Yes, Mike is a polite boy. He likes grapes, so he says “thanks” first. When you are offered, if you like, please say “thanks” or “thank you”, OK?
Ss: OK!
T: Follow me! (教师边做动作,边教读学生,学生跟读)
T: Well, what about Zhang Peng? Does he likes grapes?
Ss: No!
T: So, he says —
Ss: Sorry, I don’t like grapes. Can I have some bananas?
T: Please think it again: Why does Zhang Peng say “Sorry!” first?
Ss: …
T: Zhang Peng is polite, too. He doesn’t like grapes, so he says “Sorry!” first, remember when you are offered, if you don’t like, please say “Sorry!”, OK?
Ss: OK!
T: Follow me! (教师边做动作,边教读学生。)
T: Now, boys and girls, look! (T shows tips) “Thanks!” and “Sorry!” they are our friends. They help us have more friends. So please always say “Thanks!” and “Sorry!”, OK?

② Group work
T: Now, Mike and Zhang Peng are very polite. Are you a very polite boy or girl?
Ss: Yes!
T: OK! Now let’s work together! You can show with pattern A or B, and you can also use as many fruits, foods and drinks as you like.
③ Let’s imitate.
Step 4: Post-task activities
1. Let’s make a new dialogue:
T: Today, Sarah serves Mike and Zhang Peng, now please serve your friends, and share what you like or you dislike in your groups. OK?
T: Let’s sum up:
(1) If you like something, you can say: I like …
If you don’t like something, you can say: I don’t like … If you want to share something, you can say: Have some … If you ask for something, you can say: Can I have some …?
2. Sing a song
T: Boys and girls, you really did a good job. Let’s have a relaxation and enjoy a song for revision.
3. Fill in the form: Tick the stars according to your learning.
4. Watch the video:
There are so many fruits, so many vegetables, so many drinks, and so many foods in our life, so let’s enjoy our life!
5. Homework:
