答案 ABAD
B
Listening
to
music
is
considered
a
good
thing
for
adults.Indeed
it
is.Scientific
studies
have
proven
it.Music
has
so
many
good
effects
on
our
body,mind
and
mood
that
this
world
will
certainly
not
be
a
good
place
without
music.Then,is
music
good
for
children?
Some
parents
think
so
and
let
their
children
learn
or
listen
to
music.But
some
parents
don’t
know
the
importance
of
music
to
children.Here
are
some
reasons
why
music
is
important
to
children.
First,music
is
good
for
children’s
intelligence.Studies
have
proved
that
children
who
learn
music
are
likely
to
have
higher
intelligence
than
those
who
have
no
interest
in
or
dislike
music.This
is
because
the
brain
gets
stimulated(刺激)
by
the
rhythm
and
tone
of
music.
Music
also
has
soothing(抚慰的)
effect
on
children
and
helps
remove
their
stress.Today’s
children
are
under
a
lot
of
stress
from
schoolwork.Being
under
too
much
stress
impairs
children’s
health.Luckily,listening
to
music
can
help
them
feel
better.
Music
can
improve
children’s
moods.Some
children
are
sad
by
nature.They
seem
to
be
lost
in
their
own
thoughts
and
don’t
take
interest
in
their
surroundings.In
such
cases,a
method
known
as
“music
therapy”
comes
to
their
rescue.It
changes
their
moods
and
places
a
new
kind
of
spirit
in
them.
Music
is
also
a
universal
language
that
children
ought
to
learn.Our
world
has
become
a
global
village.People
are
getting
more
and
more
interested
in
other
cultures
and
countries.Music
can
help
them
in
understanding
foreign
cultures.
Now
we
can
say
that
music
is
very
important
not
only
to
adults
but
also
to
children.So
children
should
be
encouraged
to
learn
music
or
listen
to
music.

in

Ⅱ.七选五
Do
you
think
that
you
have
no
time
to
catch
up
on
your
favourite
TV
series,go
out
with
your
friends
on
the
weekend,or
just
sit
around
relaxing
and
doing
nothing?You
might
have
a
lot
of
time
in
hand,but
don’t
even
know
it!
1
Your
workplace
is
full
of
distractions.
Talkative
coworkers,silly
desk
toys
and
emails
of
lovely
cats
can
distract
you
from
getting
things
done.
2
Clearing
your
desk
is
a
must.And
don’t
forget
to
log
off
your
email
completely
when
working.
You
check
your

adds
up
over
time,especially
if
you
are
trying
to
relax.Put
down
the
phone.
3
You
don’t
plan
your
day.

day
without
plans
can
quickly
turn
into
a
day
of
doing
things
for
other
people,or
doing
things
that
aren’t
really
necessary,therefore
wasting
your
time
even
more.
4
Then
don’t
forget
to
stop
working
so
you
can
rest
and
relax.

5
Ah,this
is
the
classic
case
of
self-sabotage(自我破坏).If
you
always
do
that,pretty
soon
you’ll
believe
it
one
hundred
percent
though
it
is
not
the
truth.Never
doubt
that
you
can
find
time
to
relax
and
have
fun:improve
your
work
efficiency
and
rework
your
schedule.
A.Shut
down
your
computer
at
once.
B.You
tell
yourself
you
have
no
time
to
relax
and
have
fun.
C.You
can
avoid
being
affected
by
using
noise-reducing
earphones.
D.The
following
are
some
suggestions
to
help
you
find
time
for
relaxation.
E.Better
yet,shut
it
off
completely
to
prevent
yourself
from
using
it
too
often.
F.Here
are
several
reasons
why
you
feel
you
always
have
no
time
for
relaxation.

at

three
