Step 3 Presentation
1. T: Look, this is Ben’s school.(出示一张学校的图片)Ben’s classroom is on the first floor .This is Ben’s classroom. It’s big and bright.
教授单词bright,sometimes
T: What’s in his classroom
T: Let’s listen to the tape.
学生听课文前半部分录音一遍,让学生说出教室里有的物品。
随着学生的回答,课件出示单词blackboard,bookcase,somebookcases
教授.
再次提问:What’s in Ben’s classroom
课件显示句型There’s…./There’re…. 引导学生用此句型回答。
T: What’s in our classroom
Ss: There’s…./There’re….
T: What’s in your pencil case/ box
Ss: There’s/are ….
2. T: Look, this is the second floor of Ben’s school. What is on it
S1: A piano./There is a piano.
Teach the new word: piano , songbook
T: Guess! What room is it
S1: The music room.
Teach the new phrase: music room
T: What is in the music room Let’s listen to the tape.
学生听5、6图的录音,回答:
T: What’s in the music room
Ss: There’s a piano and some songbooks.
T: Where are the songbooks
Ss: They are on the piano.
T: Where is the piano
S1: It’s near the window.
Teach the new word: near
Use ‘near’ to make a sentence.
(提示学生用到第七单元所学到的地点等,可先做示范: There’s a supermarket near our school.)

5. 学生打开书自读A部分,齐读2遍。师生分角色朗读,学生两两练习对话。请3对表演。

先和学生一起说一说There are many classes. There are twenty-four classes. What’s in our classroom Look, there’s a TV. Sometimes we watch TV in class. There’s a music room. What’s in the music room There’s a piano. There are some songbooks. There are two computer rooms. In the computer room, there are many computers. Sometimes, we play computer games in class. There is a small library. There are lots of books in the library.
