一、教材内容分析：
本课让学生通过Nick’s busy month 来让学生学习和了解圣诞节的知识，并且要让学生学会怎样用英语来表示日期。
二、教学重、难点：
学习本课的词汇，句型，日期的英语表达。
三、教学目标（知识，技能，过程方法，情感态度、价值观）：
知识与技能：学习并掌握词汇： mark , calendar , December , best , Friday , Christmas , Sunday , sale 掌握星期的英语表达。
学会描述日期。

2．过程与方法：通过教学视频让学生学习，小组合作，学生自主探究学习
3．情感态度与价值观：让学生通过本课的学习来了解中外文化的差异，了解外国的重要节日，圣诞节。
四、学情分析：
七年级的学生，由于年龄小，又加上生性活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛等特别感兴趣。针对学生现状，在课堂上尽量以鼓励表扬为主，注重培养学习英语的兴趣，营造学英语的氛围，鼓励学生开口说英语，特别是给差生创造机会，让他们尝试成功的喜悦。

Look at the calendar at the top of the Page.What is it? What month is it ? Why do you think some of the days are circled ? Do you know of any special days in December that people in English-speaking countries celebrate ?
Look at Nick抯 calendar . Whose birthdays are in December ?And put those events into the right order.
3）Let’s learn some words that go with the calendar before we listen to the story .

【辨析】at，on与in
(1)at表示在某一时刻，时间范围最小。
我父亲每天7点去上班。
My father goes to work at 7:00 every day．
(2)on比at范围大，指在具体某一天或具体某一天的上午、下午或晚上。
他出生于6月1日。
He was born on June 1．
(3)in表示的范围最大，指在某年或某月等不具体的一个时间。
在7月份我们经常去游泳。
We often go swimming in July.
【助记歌诀】
年、月、周前要用in，具体日子却要禁。具体几号要用on，上午、下午需用in。说到某日上下午，用on换in要牢记。碰到时间点，总把at连。

Boxing Day 意为“节礼日”，在加拿大、英国、
