(一)分析桦尺蠖体色变化的原因
(学生阅读课本P66页内容,完成下列问题)
思考:
1、桦尺蠖体色是单一的吗?
2、从1850年到1950年桦尺蠖体色发生怎样的变化?
3. 桦尺蠖体色这种变化主要受什么影响?
4.你能试着解释一下桦尺蠖体色变化的原因吗?

20世纪40年代以来,开始使用青霉素等抗生素治疗一些细菌感染及炎症,颇见成效。随着使用时间的推移,效果逐渐下降。于是人们不断开发新的抗生素,但都开始有效,以后越来越差。请分析这一现象的原因。
这种现象的产生是由于致病细菌存在不同种类的个体,有的抵抗抗生素的能力强,有的抵抗抗生素的能力弱,
说明生物具有 的特征;正常情况下,可抵抗抗生素的致病细菌属于变异类型,只是少量存在,但是使用抗生素后,抵抗力弱的细菌被大量杀灭,少数细菌由于抵抗力强而生存,并遗传下去,这就是 。所以,并不是抗生素的质量越来越差,而是 起了选择作用,选择了致病细菌中抵抗该抗生素的变异。
