第三节 生物进化的原因导学案
【学习内容】：
1、通过分析英国曼彻斯特地区桦尺蠖体色变化的原因
和模拟保护色的形成过程，分析生物进化的原因。
2、概述自然选择学说，形成生物进化的基本观点。

通过展示图片把学生带到生物进化的情境中，由此引出新课。

（一）分析桦尺蠖体色变化的原因
（学生阅读课本P66页内容，完成下列问题）
思考：
1、桦尺蠖体色是单一的吗？
2、从1850年到1950年桦尺蠖体色发生怎样的变化？
3. 桦尺蠖体色这种变化主要受什么影响？
4.你能试着解释一下桦尺蠖体色变化的原因吗？
自然界中桦尺蠖体色有 有 ，存在 ，并且（能遗传，不能遗传）给后代；工业污染区桦尺蠖的体色大多是（浅色，深色），体色与环境色彩相似，不容易被 发现，属于（有利变异，不利变异），并 下去，经过大量繁殖成为常见类型。

【综合应用】
20世纪40年代以来，开始使用青霉素等抗生素治疗一些细菌感染及炎症，颇见成效。随着使用时间的推移，效果逐渐下降。于是人们不断开发新的抗生素，但都开始有效，以后越来越差。请分析这一现象的原因。
这种现象的产生是由于致病细菌存在不同种类的个体，有的抵抗抗生素的能力强，有的抵抗抗生素的能力弱，
说明生物具有 的特征；正常情况下，可抵抗抗生素的致病细菌属于变异类型，只是少量存在，但是使用抗生素后，抵抗力弱的细菌被大量杀灭，少数细菌由于抵抗力强而生存，并遗传下去，这就是 。所以，并不是抗生素的质量越来越差，而是 起了选择作用，选择了致病细菌中抵抗该抗生素的变异。
