Unit 9　What color is this
Teaching aims：
1．能熟练拼写表示颜色的六个单词：red, blue, yellow, green, purple,orange。
2．能熟练运用What color is this 问颜色及作回答。
3．能运用上述知识在日常生活中。

1．掌握red, blue, yellow, green, purple,orange等单词的拼写。
2．熟练地运用本课的句型What color is this It’s ….
Teaching aids：
课件，录音机，图画纸，彩色笔，实物等。
Teaching procedure
一、Warm-up
课前播放歌曲《Hello》及《Red , yellow , blue and green》两首歌曲，活跃课堂气氛。
Presentation
1.出示课件：课本P43的第6幅图Gogo正在给房屋涂颜料。
2.导入新课，出示课题：9　 What color is this
3.听录音朗读P44的Vocabulary，轻声跟录音朗读。
4.教师拿出一个红苹果，问：What’s this (S)It’s an apple .
T再问：What color is this (S)红色
T：It’s red . Repeat.(S：It’s red .)
5.分别拿出香蕉、蓝铅笔、绿雨伞、桔子、紫色橡皮擦用上面的方法学习其他的单词。
6.再听录音朗读，学生跟读，教师纠正部分单词的读音。
7.请部分学生拿实物上台用上面的句型表演对话。
S1(举起香蕉)：What’s this
S2：It’s a banana .
S1：What color is this
S2：It’s yellow .
8.学唱英语歌《Red , yellow , blue and green》
三、Practice
1.完成课本P46 Activity 1
教师拿出一个装着文具、玩具的盒子，将全班分成若干组，请每组先派一名学生到前面来，被蒙住眼睛触摸物体，然后说出物体的名称，并回答其他学生提出的问题，What color is this 给每一位同学三次机会，猜对了可以将物品拿走，最后看哪一组赢的物品多。
2.完成Wordbook Unit 9
四、Homework
发挥想象力，画一幅自己最喜欢的画，然后给画涂色。在作画过程中进行简单的英语描述。
