本句中 Lin Fang 作 my friend 的同位语，对 my friend 做进一步说明。在英语中，跟在名词或代词后面，对其做进一步解释说明的名词（短语）或代词，叫作同位语。

of 是介词，其后接名词、代词或名词性物主代词，常用于表示无生命事物的所属关系

1）介词短语in the first photo在本句中作表语。介词短语可在句中作表语，和 be 动词一起构成系表结构。
2）first 在此作序数词，意为“第一”，序数词前通常要加定冠词the。
