介词是英语中最活跃的词类之一, 其搭配能力比较强，可以与其他动词、名次、形容词等一起构成各种短语，但各种介词短语的含义是随着介词的不同而不同的。
(1) 介词短语作表语：
This machine is in good condition. 这台机器情况良好。
