W: About two years ago Iwent with myclass on our first school trip — fivedays inParis! There
were about thirty ofus and four teachers. Weall went in one bigcoach from ourschool in

verycold and tired.
Anyway, thecoach was very comfortable and we watched a DVDand listened to somemusic on
thejourney. Wehad somesandwiches and drinks with us, sowe went straight toParis without
stopping. Thehotel was very old, butourroom was nice and thebed was great!I shared theroom

When wewent shopping Itried topractice myFrench afew times but sometimes Ididn’t know
theright words and spoke in English instead! Theshops were great — I bought lots ofpresents,
such as a dress for my mother, abagfor mydad and aT-shirt for mylittle sister!
Ithink what Ienjoyed mostwas theboat trip. Itooklotsof photosof my friends and the
wonderful art galleries. Iwas sadto leave Paris. Ihad a lovely timethere.
