What do you think is the most important thing in our life? I think it is health. You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes, and we can survive. But if your health was taken away , you would surely die. That is why we always try to keep healthy. But how to keep healthy? Here is some advice.
First, We should take more exercise every day. It can help us build a strong body. We shouldn’t exercise less than five days a week and at least 30 minutes every day. And the exercise should be taken in the evening or afternoon. Second, in order to keep healthy, we should eat healthily. It is very important for us to keep a healthy diet, such as taking more fruit and vegetables and keeping away from food with lots of sugar and fat. Thus, we can keep our body at a good weight and keep fit. Finally, enough sleep is also very necessary. As students, we should make sure we have at least nine hours sleep every day. Then we will have enough energy to study the next day.
These things sound easy to do, but not all people can manage all of them. In a word, if we can follow the advice given above, we will lead a healthy life.
