Unit 6 Domestic Animals

教学目标：
1.学习掌握动物名称：cow、horse、duck、rooster、rabbit、sheep、hen、pig
2.学习某些家养动物叫声的英语表达。
3.学习掌握句型：How many cows / horses / sheep are there on the farm
4.学唱歌曲：Old MacDonald Had a Farm.
5.学习童谣：Baa Baa Black Sheep.
教学重点：

熟练运用句型：How many cows / horses / sheep are there on the farm
教具准备：
家养动物单词卡片、教学挂图、录音机。
教学步骤：
一、导入
教师向学生出示已经学过的动物单词卡片，如：兔子、猪、公鸡、母鸡等，一边问学生：“What’s this in English ”请学生用英语回答。
二、学说英语
1.教师让学生看课本上的图，让学生听录音猜测句子意思。
2.教师指着图画中的奶牛说：“They are cows.”又指着图中的马说：“They are horses.”再指着图中的绵羊说：“They are sheep.”让学生认识单词cow、horse、
Sheep，并且告诉学生这些单词的复数形式，尤其要告诉学生sheep是单复数同形。
3.教师播放录音，学生跟读，或学生跟着教师读，直到熟练。
三、看图说话
1.教师让学生看教学挂图，解说道：“This is a big farm.There are many animals on the farm. What can you see on the farm Can you see rabbits / roosters / hens ... ”教师可以让学生自告奋勇说出以上句子的大意。
2.教师把全班分成两个大组，一组问问题，另一组回答问题。一组问：“How many cows / horses / sheep / ducks / roosters / rabbits / hens / pigs are there on the farm ”另一组回答问题：“There are cows / horses / sheep / ducks / roosters / rabbits / hens / pigs on the farm.”
3.教师让学生同桌间做俩俩对话。
四、学唱歌曲：Old MacDonald Had a Farm.
1.先让学生听一遍歌曲，熟悉曲调。
2.教师解释歌词的意思。在这首歌里，E IE I O为语气词。
3.教师可以告诉学生had是have（有）的过去形式，但可以不必做过多的解释。
4.教师带读歌词，学生跟读。
5.教师播放录音，学生跟着唱，连续几遍。
五、学习童谣：Baa Baa Black Sheep.
1.教师朗读童谣。
2.教师逐句解释童谣，着重解释Have you any wool （你有羊毛吗？）Three bags full.（三袋满满的。）这两句。
3.学生跟读童谣，直到能熟练朗读或背诵。老师请学生朗读时注意童谣的节奏。
作业：
1.听录音，跟读课文三遍。
2.会唱歌曲：Old MacDonald Had a Farm.
3.完成活动手册Lesson 11。
