教材分析:
本课是四单元的第四课时,其内容分读、写两部分。首先出现在教材上的是有关
Sarah
的四篇日记和对应每篇日记的插图。因为学生对小猫感兴趣,插图可以提高学生的学习兴趣。接下来是朗读连线,提供语段,训练学生理解句意。再下来是抄写,提供了训练学生在横线上书写英语句子的素材。
学情分析:
五年级学生活泼好动,表现欲强。喜欢聚在一起探讨问题。在本单元前几课,
学生已经学习了日期的表达方式,并且对其表达感兴趣,需要巩固。同时,小学生大都对新生小猫感兴趣。但是班上学生的英语接受能力和非智力因素存在有差异,这部分学生需要帮助。
教学目标:
知识目标
1.学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下,养成按照意群和正确的语音、语调朗读短文,读懂Sarah关于两只小猫成长的日记,并根据日记内容完成连线活动。
2.能够根据日记内容,仿照例句,写出两个描述小猫生长状态的句子。
3.能够在语境中理解生词kitten,
diary,
still,
noise,
fur,
open,
walk的意思。
技能目标:
1.在阅读时,养成按意群阅读的习惯,用目标句型和词汇读懂日记,以及生日的表述。
2.能够根据日记内容,仿照例句,写一写关于日期的句子。
情感目标:
1.激发学生的英语学习兴趣,培养良好的英语学习习惯。
2.培养学生关心家人,关注家人生日,思考自己力所能及的事情的情感。
教学重难点:
1.在理解的基础上有感情的朗读课文并完成读后活动。
2.在语境中理解生词kitten,
