“It

to
us,”

Lilian.
She
says
the
people
in
her
village
never
thought
they
would
have
safe
water.
“We
used
to
wake
up
very
early
in
the
morning
to
collect
water,”
Lilian
says.
She
and

Sometimes

the

“When

to
tell

we
saw
it,”
Lilian
says.
“Now
we
have
water
a
few

from
our
houses!”
Not
only
is
the
water
closer,
but
it’s
cheaper
for
the
villagers
to
get
water.
And
they
don’t
have
to
worry
about
diseases
any

business
and
I
know

there
someday,”
Lilian
says.
“The
money
I

water

step.”

people
in
Lilian’s
village
to

water

C.

35.

the
best
title
for
the
passage?

Lilian’s
new

The

in

village.
C.

A

B
Water
is
one
of
the
planet’s
most
valuable
resources
(资源).
Maybe
we
are
lucky
enough
to
have
clean
and
safe
water
whenever
we
want.
However,
according
to
a
study,
1
in
10
people
in
the
world
doesn't
have
clean
water
to
drink.
And
1
in
3
people
in
the
world
doesn't
have
clean
toilets.
If
we
drink
dirty
water
or
we
can’t
wash
our
hands
after
we
go
to
the
toilet,
we
can
catch
diseases
and
become
ill.
Also,
in
some
countries,
children
have
to
walk
far
every
day
to
get
water!
As
a
result,
they
can't
go
to
school
to
get
an
education.
The
water
problem
is
always
a
major
and
serious
problem
for
all
the
people
in
the
world.
To
let
more
people
know
the
importance
of
freshwater
and
ask
people
to
save
water,
in
1993
the
United
Nations
decided
that
March
22nd
is
World
Water
Day.
On
this
day
every
year,
people
around
the
world
can
take
part
in
different
activities
to
protect
and
save
water.
Many
schools
and
people
give
much
support
to
World
Water
Day.
For
example,
Michigan
State
University
held
a
match
for
“the
best
World
Water
Day
poster”
in
2017.
School
children
in
Osaka,
Japan,
have
held
their
own
World
Water
Day
Kids
Summit
(峰会)
for
more
than
10
years.
And
some
people
in
China
have
activities
to
raise
money
to
help
some
poor
countries
get
clean
water
every
year.
In
a
word,
it’s
everyone’s
duty
to
save
and
protect
water.
Let's
take
action
now!
36.

have
clean
water
to

Paragraph
1?
A.
One.
B.
Five.
C.
Nine.
D.
Thirty.
37.

do
children
in
some
countries
not
go
to
school?
A.
Because
they
are
too
poor
to
get
an
education.
B.
Because
their
schools
arc
far
away
from
their
houses.
C.
Because
their
families
don't
care
about
education.
D.
Because
they
spend
most
of
their
time
carrying
water
from
far
away
places.
38.

can
we
know
from
Paragraph
3?
A.
The
purpose
(目的)
of
World
Water
Day.

Some
activities
on
World
Water
Day.

useful
ways

The
problem
of
water
pollution.

does
the
underlined
word
"raise"
in
Paragraph
4
mean?
A.
Collect.
B.
Return.
C.
Choose.
D.

40.
Why
does
the
writer
write
the
passage?
A.
To
tell
us
something
about
World
Water
Day.
B.
To
ask
us
to
help
some
poor
countries
get
clean
water.
C.
To
encourage
us
to
save
and
protect
water.
D.
To
provide
us
with
some
helpful
ways
to
save
water.
C
Why
is
setting
goals
(设立目标)
important?
Because
goals
can
help
you
do
and
experience
everything
you
want
in
life
and
they
can
also
help
you
make
your
dreams
come
true
more
easily.
Successful
people
in
life
think
about
how
their
life
should
be
and
set
lots
of
goals.
By
setting
goals,
you
are
taking
control
of
your
life.
It’s
like
having
a
map
to
show
you
where
you
want
to
go.
Think
of
it
this
way.
There
are
two
drivers.
One
has
a
destination
(目的地),
and
he
can
find
it
on
a
map.
He
can
drive
there
easily.
The
other
driver
has
no
goal
or
map.
He
starts
off
at
the
same
time
from
the
same
place.
But
he
drives
around,
never
getting
anywhere,
just
using
up
gas(汽油).
Which
driver
do
you
want
to
be?
Usually,
winners
in
life
set
goals
before
they
do
something.
And
after
that,
they
follow
them
carefully.
They
decide
what
they
want
in
life
and
then
get
it
by
setting
goals
and
making
plans.
Unsuccessful
people
don’t
think
goals
are
necessary.
They
just
let
things
happen
by
accident.
Goals
aren’t
difficult
to
set,
and
they
aren’t
difficult
to
reach
either.
It’s
up
to
you
to
find
out
what
your
goals
really
are.
According
to
a
study,
when
we
write
a
goal
down,
it’s
possible
for
us
to
get
to
it.
We
may
read
the
written
goals
at
any
time.
__▲__
Also
when
you
write
your
goals
in
your
own
way,
you
are
able
to
make
yourself
get
closer
to
your
goals
by
working
hard.
41.
What
does
the
writer
mainly
want
to
tell
us
by
giving
the
example
in
Paragraph
2?
A.
People
need
to
prepare
n
lot
of
gas
before
traveling.
B.
Setting
goals
plays
an
important
part
in
our
life.
C.
It’s
hard
for
people
to
take
control
of
their
life.
D.
A
map
is
important
to
drivers
when
they
are
lost.
42.
What
does
the
underlined
word
"them"
in
Paragraph
3
refer
to?
A.
The
goals.
B.
The
winners.
C.
The
plans.
D.
The
maps.
43.
What
does
the

think
of
setting
goals?
A.
Difficult
but
interesting.
B.
Hard
but
helpful.
C.
Easy
and
important.
D.

and

44.

could
he

the

信息还原(共5小题,每小题1分,满分5分)
以下是一篇短文,请阅读全文并从下列方框里的六个句子中选择五个还原到原文中,使原文意思完整、连贯。
A.
Think
about
it
carefully
before
you
want
to
give
it
up.
B.
Start
a
habit
with
your
friend.
C.
Do
you
find
it
hard
to
keep
a
good
habit?
D.
Why
should
you
keep
a
habit?
E.
Make
the
habit
as
small
as
possible.
F.
Start
a
habit
you
love,
or
find
something
good
from
the
habit.
Do
you
have
u
good
habit?
(46)__________
If
you
do,
what
should
you
do
then?
Here
is
some
advice.
Keep
a
small
habit.
(47)__________
Whatever
you
think
you
should
do,
start
with
a
small
habit.
Then,
if
possible,
make
it
in
half
again.
Learn
to
enjoy
it.
Many
people
start
habits
they
don’t
like
so
they
get
bad
results.
(48)__________
Praise
(称赞)
yourself
fur
doing
it.
This
way,
you’ll
be
more
interested
in
your
habit.
(49)__________
If
you
want
to
stop
your
habit,
think
why
you
started
it
at
first
and
find
out
whether
(是否)
it
is
good
for
you
or
not
now.
Then
make
your
decision.
(50)__________
It
is
always
easier
for
two
people
to
keep
a
habit
than
one
person.
So
if
you
have
a
good
habit,
you
can
tell
it
to
another
person
and
try
to
ask
him
or
her
to
do
the
same
as
you.

书面表达
Good
afternoon,
everyone!
As
an
old
saying
goes,
“Water
is
the
source
of
life.”
Humans
can’t
live
without
water
because
water
helps
us
in
many
ways.
However,
many
people
waste
water
very
often.
They
often
forget
to
turn
off
the
tap.
What’s
worse,
some
people
throw
rubbish
into
lakes
or
rivers
and
this
pollutes
the
water.
Fresh
water
is
becoming
less
and
less.
We
should
try
our
best
to
save
it.
We
can
save
water
by
turning
off
the
tap
when
not
using
water.
Besides,
we
can
make
the
water
clean
again
and
stop
all
kinds
of
pollution.
We
can
also
ask
the
people
around
us
to
save
water.
Let’s
start
to
take
action
now.
Thank
you
for
your
listening!
