教学目标
1. 要求学生能够掌握由what , why, where , how引导的特殊疑问句并能做出相应回答。
2. 能够掌握中国其他节日的英文表达。
教学重难点
1. 特殊疑问句的问答以及各种信息的替换和交流。
2. 通过多种教学方式激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生的听说能力。
课前准备
1. 教材相配套的教学挂图，一些图片，自备的单词小卡片，教材录音等。
2. 准备一些小奖品。
教学过程
Warm up
Free talk
1）老师和学生打招呼问好，做一个简单的free talk.
2）带领学生一同回忆上节课所学内容，也可通过提问的方式，根据学生表现进行指导或表扬。
3）老师展示有关中国节日的图片，看完后老师通过询问学生是否知道这些节日的英文表达，以此引入话题。
Presentation
1. 学习新单词：celebrate, remember, ancient, poet, bean, bamboo ,cheer.
2. 带领学生熟读新单词，并纠正个别同学的发音。
3. 老师任意出示一张卡片问“What’s the festival?”,要求学生回答“It’s……”
4. 说说你知道的一些节日活动
5. 讲解有关Dragon Boat Festival，Mid-Autumn Festival的知识，小组讨论在这些节日里都做了什么。
6. Discuss and answer the questions.
(1) When is the Dragon Boat Festival?
(2) How do people make zongzi?
(3) What do people do on the night of the Mid-Autumn Day?
(4) Why are children very excited during the Mid-Autumn Festival?
(5) What do you usually do during these festivals?
7. Ask the pupils to read a passage and do the exercise.
