who作疑问代词，意为“谁”。用于询问“某人” ，在句中可作主语、宾语、表语。作主语时，谓语动词多用单数形式。
whom意为“谁”，只在句中作宾语；
whose意为“谁的”，只在句中作定语。

when作疑问副词，意为“什么时候；何时”。用于询问年、月、日、星期这样的时间。
例：— When is your geography class?
你的地理课在什么时候？

注意：当星期名词前有last, this, next (下一个)等词修饰时, 一般不再用介词。
例：这个星期六我们打算去看一部电影。

关于星期的用法
在中国，大家都以星期一作为每周的开始。但在英、美等西方国家，习惯上把 Sunday 作为第一天，把 Saturday 作为最后一天。用法：
1.星期名词为专有名词，首字母均要大写；
2.表示在星期几，前面一般不加冠词。

5.复数用法
星期名词后面加上“s”, 通常指“每个星期几”,用于一般现在时中，说明经常性的动作或状态。
例：每个星期日她都帮妈妈做家务。
She helps her mother do housework on Sundays.
