11.
Where
did
Betty
live
when
she
was
a
child?
A.
Singapore.
B.
Britain.
C.
China.
12.
What
made
Betty
feel
especially
nice
while
she
was
in
Singapore?
A.
People
from
India
and
China.
B.
Customs
from
different
countries.
C.
Foreign
tourists.
13.
What
annoyed
Betty
when
she
was
in
Singapore?
A.
Eating
strange
food.
B.
Meeting
different
people.
C.
Being
looked
at
often.

【原文】M:
At
just
23,
Betty,
the
pop
star,
has
a
handful
of
records
to
her
name.
Now
she
will
talk
to
me
about
herself.
Where
do
you
come
from?
W:
I
grew
up
in
West
London.
And
I
was
actually
born
there
as
well.
My
mum
is
from
Scotland
and
my
father
is
from
Singapore.
He
came
over
when
he
was
17
or
something
to
England
and
met
my
mum
and
they
got
married.
M:
So
have
you
ever
been
to
Singapore?
W:
Actually
it’s
funny
you
should
say
that,
because
I
went
to
Singapore
for
my
holiday
this
year.
I
did
the
whole
tourists’
things
and
I
really
enjoyed
it.
It
was
quite
nice
seeing
people
that
looked
like
my
dad.
I
really
loved
it
and
the
people
were
lovely.
There
are
Chinese,
Indians,
and
English.
So
there
are
three
different
kinds
of
customs
there.
You
can
walk
to
one
part
of
the
town,
and
it’s
like
India;
and
in
another
part,
it’s
like
Europe;
and
in
another
part,
it’s
like
China.
So
you
see,
in
one
country,
you
can
experience
different
customs
from
three
different
societies.
That
is
something
special
about
Singapore.
And
I
also
think
Singapore
has
got
the
best
food.
M:
Did
you
get
looked
at
a
lot
over
there?
W:
Yeah,
I
did,
because
people
thought
I
was
half
something,
and
they
liked
my
skin,
so
I
got
quite
a
lot
people
looking
at
me,
which
was
quite
annoying.

Did
you
report
a

us

M:
Well,
it
isn’t
my
place.
I
am
just
staying
here
for
two
months
while
my
friends
are
out
of
the
city.
So
besides
the
TV
set
and
some
paintings,
I
don’t
really
know
what
else
is
missing.
All
the
drawers
had
been
emptied
out
and
I
guess
something
was
taken.
My

will

mad.
W:
I
see.
Now
…
M:
It
wasn’t
my

of
course.
All
the
windows

doors
were
locked.
W:
Now
how
exactly
did
you
discover
the
break-in?
M:
I
went
out
at
7:00
as
I
do
every
Thursday
to
attend
my
computer
class.
Afterwards
I
stopped
at
a

I
got
back
here
just
after
11
o’clock.
W:
How
can
you

so
sure
of
the
time?
M:
Because
I
was
at
the
café
till
the
ten
o’clock
news
was
over,
and
it’s
only
a
two-minute
walk
from
here.
Is
there
any
chance
that
anything
being
recovered?
I
know
my
friends
will
be
especially
sad
about
the
paintings.
W:
We’ll
do
our
best
and
let
you
know
if
we
find
anything.
And
if
I
were
you,
I
would
immediately
call
my
friends.

Don’t
you
think
the
world
would
be
an

to
live
in
if
we
all
spoke
the
same
language?
There
are
thousands
of
different
languages
spoken
around
the
globe,
so
it’s
no
wonder
we
have
such
difficulties
understanding
one
another.
If
you
are
going
to
choose
a
language
which
everyone
in
the
world
would
learn,
which
would
you
choose?
Chinese
is
spoken
by
more
people
than
any
other
language,
and
English
has
already
been
selected
as
the
international
language
of
business
and
science.
Many
other
people
have
tried
to
find
an
answer
to
this
problem.
One
of
them
was
DrZamenhof—
a
Polish
word
expert.
In
the
1887,
he
introduced
Esperanto
—
a
totally
new
language
to
the
world.
Thousands
of
people
took
seriously
and
began
to
learn
to
speak
it.
Today
Esperanto
is
still
spoken
by
eight
million
people
around
the
world,
and
it
is
a
language
accepted
by
the
post
office,
so
if
you
address
some
letter
in
Esperanto,
it
will
get
to
the
correct
place.

小题;

满分

阅读下列短文,从每题所给的
A、B、C
和
D
四个选项中选出最佳选项,并在答题卡上将该项涂黑。
A
Stripy
and
Jake
are
baby
bears.
They
are
fed
by
bottle
and
play
around
happily.
Other
bear
orphans
are
sitting
in
the
trees
when
Ben
Kilham
goes
into
their
area.
Kilham,
an
American
bear
whisperer,
lives
in
the
woods
of
New
Hampshire.
His
life
work
is
all
about
understanding
black
bears,
winning
him
not
just
international
fame,
but
also
greater
insight
into
humankind.
From
the
bear
photos
and
paintings
on
the
wall
to
the
three
little
wooden
bears
welcoming
visitors
at
the
entrance,
everything
in
his
home
shows
his
passion.
So
does
the
nearby
3-hectare
area.
This
is
where
he
cares
for
orphan
baby
bears
that
are
entrusted
(委托)
to
him
each
year
by
the
New
Hampshire
Fish
and
Game
Department.
With
their
mothers
perhaps
shot
dead
or
knocked
down
by
a
car,
Kilham
cares
for
the
baby
bears.
He
makes
sure
they
grow
up
safe
and
well,
before
releasing
them
back
into
the
wild
at
the
age
of
18
months.
In
addition,
he
observes
adult
bears
in
the
wild.
His
dedication
to
black
bears
has
made
him
such
an
expert
that
China
asked
for
his
help
with
the
giant
panda.
After
a
quarter
of
a
century
of
study,
Kilham
has
no
doubt
that
bears
are
as
close
to
humans
as
great
apes,
even
though,
as
he
says,
“apes
are
our
closest
genetic
relatives.”
Kilham
has
released
165
bears
back
into
the
wild
and
recorded
more
than
1,500
black
bear
interactions
in
nature.
Recently
his
work
led
to
a
PhD
in
environmental
sciences.
He
has
written
articles
in
National
Geographic
and
a
popular
book,
Among
the
Bears,
which
came
out
in
2002.
His
goal
is
to
raise
awareness
of
caring
about
bears
feared
and
hunted
in
the
United
States.
Around
10
to
15
percent
of
New
Hampshire’s
5,000
to
6,000
bears
are
killed
every
year
in
the
hunting
season.
“Bears
are
not
interested
in
people.
They
are
afraid
of
us.
We
can
live
very
easily
with
bears;
it’s
a
matter
of
educating
the
public,”
says
Kilham.

【分析】本文是说明文,文章介绍了印度疫情的严峻形势、分析了造成现状的原因和各国提供的援助。
【24题详解】
推理判断题。根据第一自然段“There
are
over
300,000
new
cases
every
day(每天有超过30万的新病例)”,“There
are

【25题详解】
推理判断题。在第二自然段作者介绍了人口密度“464
people/km2(464人/平方公里)”、个人卫生习惯“only

came
out
on
the
streets
and
celebrated
with
no
attention
to
social
distancing(人们走上街头庆祝,丝毫没有注意到社交距离)”等几个因素,可知作者想告诉读者,以上各种因素很可能导致了印度疫情的严重性,故选D项。
【26题详解】

C
Fingerprints
have
provided
key
evidence
in
countless
cases
of
serious
crime.
But
there
are
still
some
situations
in
which
it
can
be
difficult
or
impossible
to
recover
fingerprints,
and
this
can
cause
a
headache
for
investigators.
In
seeking
a
solution
to
this
problem,
researchers
have
started
to
realize
that
a
fingerprint
can
be
used
for
a
lot
more
than
just
its
unique
ridge
(纹理)
pattern.
A
fingerprint
is
formed
when
a
finger
makes
contact
with
a
surface.
The
finger
leaves
behind
traces
of
sweat
and
any
other
substances
present
on
the
finger
that
a
suspect
might
have
touched.
These
substances
are
deposited
(存储)
in
the
characteristic
pattern
of
the
ridges
present
on
the
fingertip
of
a
person.
Most
fingerprints
are
invisible
and
require
a
chemical
development
process
in
order
to
show
them.
And
newer
processes
can
obtain
much
more
information
about
the
fingerprint
owner—what
they’ve
touched,
what
they’ve
eaten
and
even
what
drugs
they’ve
taken.
A
fingerprint
left
at
a
crime
scene
will
contain
not
only
sweat
from
a
suspect,
but
also
traces
of
any
substances
a
suspect
has
touched.
This
can
be
very
useful
evidence
if
the
fingerprints
contain
a
victim’s
blood.
But
even
then,
a
fingerprint
gives
no
investigative
clue
if
the
suspect
is
not
on
the
fingerprint
database.
Researchers
recently
showed
that
the
substances
that
cover
a
mobile
phone
can
vary
according
to
who
the
device
belongs
to
because
of
the
food,
medicines
and
other
things
to
which
we
are
exposed.
So
the
substances
in
fingerprints
should
vary
in
a
similar
way,
and
some
early
attempts
have
been
made
to
prove
this.
If
we
think
more
broadly,
fingerprints
can
provide
some
very
exciting
possibilities
for
the
future
of
medical
testing.
For
example,
a
fingerprint
is
a
very
convenient
way
to
give
a
sample
in
a
drug
test.
In
our
current
research,
our
group
has
also
found
that
medicines
can
be
found
in
fingerprints,
and
that
these
traces
disappear
when
a
patient
stops
taking
their
medicines.
So
one
day
we
could
see
fingerprints
used
as
an
easy
way
of
helping
a
patient
to
check
whether
a
drug
is
being
absorbed
properly.
27.
What
can
we
infer
from
paragraph
1?
A.
Fingerprints
are
hard
to
find
in
most
cases.
B.
It
is
impossible
to
recover
broken
fingerprints.
C.
Fingerprints
are
more
useful
than
people
thought.
D.
Fingerprints
are
not
that
useful
in
many
cases
of
serious
crime.
28.
Researchers
can
get
all
the
following
information
from
a
fingerprint
EXCEPT
________.
A.
the
food
a
suspect
has
eaten
B.
the
drugs
a
suspect
has
taken
C.
the
substances
a
suspect
has
touched
D.
the
people
a
suspect
has
encountered
29.
What
will
fingerprints
be
used
to
do
in
the
future?
A.
To
find
out
if
a
patient
is
recovering
properly.
B.
To
know
if
the
patients’
drugs
are
being
taken
in
indeed.
C.
To
check
whether
a
driver
is
drunk
in
a
quicker
and
more
accurate
way.
D.
To
help
people
find
their
lost
mobile
phones
or
other
electronic
devices.
30.
Which
of
the
following
is
the
best
title
for
this
passage?
A.
The
Key
Uses
of
Fingerprints
B.

more.(最重要的是,幽默能提升你的能量,这对你在学校、工作或个人生活中所做的一切都有影响。能量的增加甚至会让你更愿意锻炼,这将提高你的整体能量甚至更多)”可知,上文和后文都在列举幽默给人带来的好处,可知本句与前后文并列,也是在说明幽默感给人带来的好处,故D选项“研究表明良好的幽默感甚至会让你看起来更聪明”符合语境,故选D。
【32题详解】
根据后文“Humor
lets
you
better
understand
life
and
sometimes
helps
you
laugh
at
even
the
worst
of
your
problems.
So
it
will

【33题详解】
根据上文“You
don’t
have

【34题详解】
根据上文“When
it
comes

effort
counts
a
lot.
When
people
see
you
trying
to
be
funny,
it
frees
them

it
themselves.(当谈到面对面的幽默时,努力是很重要的。当人们看到你想要搞笑时,他们也会自由地去尝试)”可知,本句与上文构成因果关系,指出你可以启发别人去变得幽默,故G选项“所以即使你的幽默努力失败了,你也可以释放别人隐藏的幽默”符合语境,故选G。
【35题详解】
根据上文“Some
people

and
I
was
one
of
them

believe
that
humorous
complaints
about
the
little
problems
of
life

the
case.(有些人——我也是其中之一——认为对生活中的小问题幽默地抱怨会产生幽默,有时确实如此)”可知,本段主要是关于对生活中小问题进行幽默地抱怨,E选项中complaint-based
humor对应上文中humorous
complaints。故E选项“当你开始做太多基于抱怨的幽默时,问题就来了”符合语境,故选E。

【解析】
【分析】本文是记叙文,文章讲述了凯蒂·斯特勒创立了“红椅子”计划,专门为城市里不幸的陌生人免费理发的义举。
【56题详解】
考查名词。句意:凯蒂·斯特勒推着她的红椅子在城市里转悠,为那些不幸的陌生人免费理发,因为她知道理发可以改变一个人的生活。分析句子,并结合空格前形容词unlucky可知,应填入strange的名词形式stranger(陌生人
),作句中宾语,根据句意可知,凯蒂·斯特勒想帮助的陌生人不止一个,所以应使用复数形式。故填strangers。
【57题详解】
考查代词。句意:一次理发改变了她的生活。分析句子可知,设空处在句中作谓语动词changed的宾语,且表示“她的生活”,应使用名词性物主代词hers,作宾语。故填hers。
【58题详解】
考查副词和固定句型。句意:十几岁时,她患了一种如此严重的疾病,以至于头发急剧减少。so...that...为固定句型,表示“如此……以至于……”,句中so是副词,修饰形容词severe。故填so。
【59题详解】
考查形容词。句意:看到这一幕,她的母亲为斯特勒安排了第一次专业理发。根据句意可知,profession在句中作定语,修饰名词
haircut,应使用其形容词形式professional(专业的)。故填professional。
【60题详解】
考查非谓语动词。句意:坐下来,把我视为一个人而不仅仅是一种疾病,和我说话,让我感到有人关心我,让我不那么孤独。结合句意,分析句子可知,连系动词feel与care
about一起,作动词helped后宾语me的补足语,因为“让我感到被关心”,所以应使用被动语态feel
cared
about。故填cared。
【61题详解】
考查非谓语动词。句意:2019年,她开始了她的“红椅子”计划,向街头的人们伸出援手。分析句子可知,reach
out(伸出、提供援助)是非谓语动词,作伴随状语,与其逻辑主语she之间为主动关系,且与谓语动词began
her
Red
Chair
Project同时进行,应用现在分词,表示主动和正在进行。故填reaching。
【62题详解】
考查副词。句意:我不能完全解决他们的问题,但也许我可以帮助他们暂时不那么孤独。根据句意可知,complete修饰动词can’t
fix,应用副词形式completely(完全)。故填completely。
【63题详解】
考查动词时态和主谓一致。句意:到目前为止,斯特勒已经给这座城市的人们做了大约30次这样的发型。分析句子可知,give是句中谓语动词,与主语Steller
之间是主动关系,句中有时间状语By
now,应使用现在完成时态,又因主语Steller是第三人称单数,所以谓语动词也应使用单数形式。综上,谓语应用现在完成时的主动语态,单数形式。故填has
given。
【64题详解】
考查冠词。句意:“你在这个世界上的表现方式很重要,”斯特勒说,“你不知道人们会如何对待你给他们的善意。”。分析句子可知,名词way后有限制性定语从句“you
show
up
in
the
world”修饰,所以句中名词way(方式)是特指,应加上定冠词。故填The。
【65题详解】
考查名词性从句。句意:“你在这个世界上的表现方式很重要,”斯特勒说,“你不知道人们会如何对待你给他们的善意。”。连接代词what引导名词性从句时,在从句中充当主语、宾语或表语,表示“……的人/事/物”。分析句子可知,空格后是同位语从句,从句引导词在从句中作do的宾语,表示“人们会做什么”。综上,应用连接代词what引
导词该同位语从句。故填what。

【解析】
【分析】本文是一篇说明文。文章主要介绍了正在成为大热门直播营销。“实时连接”加强了主机和客户之间的互动,促使了更多的销售,这是它快速发展的原因之一。此外,因为不需要直接接触的情况下,这种做法在疫情期间尤其受欢迎,有助于减少商人的损失。同时,5G以更快的直播速度和更具体的细节为客户提供了全新的购买体验。尽管产品很受欢迎,但质量应该放在第一位。

A、B、C
和

四个选项中选出最佳选项,并在答题卡上将该项涂黑。
A
Stripy
and
Jake
are
baby
bears.
They
are
fed
by
bottle
and
play
around
happily.
Other
bear
orphans
are
sitting
in
the
trees
when
Ben
Kilham
goes
into
their
area.
Kilham,
an
American
bear
whisperer,
lives
in
the
woods
of
New
Hampshire.
His
life
work
is
all
about
understanding
black
bears,
winning
him
not
just
international
fame,
but
also
greater
insight
into
humankind.
From
the
bear
photos
and
paintings
on
the
wall
to
the
three
little
wooden
bears
welcoming
visitors
at
the
entrance,
everything
in
his
home
shows
his
passion.
So
does
the
nearby
3-hectare
area.
This
is
where
he
cares
for
orphan
baby
bears
that
are
entrusted
(委托)
to
him
each
year
by
the
New
Hampshire
Fish
and
Game
Department.
With
their
mothers
perhaps
shot
dead
or
knocked
down
by
a
car,
Kilham
cares
for
the
baby
bears.
He
makes
sure
they
grow
up
safe
and
well,
before
releasing
them
back
into
the
wild
at
the
age
of
18
months.
In
addition,
he
observes
adult
bears
in
the
wild.
His
dedication
to
black
bears
has
made
him
such
an
expert
that
China
asked
for
his
help
with
the
giant
panda.
After
a
quarter
of
a
century
of
study,
Kilham
has
no
doubt
that
bears
are
as
close
to
humans
as
great
apes,
even
though,
as
he
says,
“apes
are
our
closest
genetic
relatives.”
Kilham
has
released
165
bears
back
into
the
wild
and
recorded
more
than
1,500
black
bear
interactions
in
nature.
Recently
his
work
led
to
a
PhD
in
environmental
sciences.
He
has
written
articles
in
National
Geographic
and
a
popular
book,
Among
the
Bears,
which
came
out
in
2002.
His
goal
is
to
raise
awareness
of
caring
about
bears
feared
and
hunted
in
the
United
States.
Around
10
to
15
percent
of
New
Hampshire’s
5,000
to
6,000
bears
are
killed
every
year
in
the
hunting
season.
“Bears
are
not
interested
in
people.
They
are
afraid
of
us.
We
can
live
very
easily
with
bears;
it’s
a
matter
of
educating
the
public,”
says
Kilham.
21.
What
is
Ben
Kilham’s
daily
job
mainly
about?
A.
Studying
different
kinds
of
wild
animals.
B.
Protecting
humans
from
being
hurt
by
bears.
C.
Training
bears
to
communicate
with
humans.
D.
Taking
care
of
baby
bears
that
lost
their
mothers.
22.
What
does
the
underlined
word
“dedication”
in
paragraph
4
probably
mean?
A.
Devotion.
B.
Exposure.
C.
Contribution.
D.
Assistance.
23.
What
is
the
author’s
purpose
of
writing
this
passage?
A.
To
call
on
people
to
protect
the
environment.
B.
To
tell
people
to
keep
away
from
black
bears.
C
To
tell
people
about
Ben
Kilham
and
his
studies.
D.
To
introduce
Ben
Kilham
and
his
book—Among
the
Bears.
B
India
faces
various
major
challenges
on
the
COVID-19
front.
There
are
over
300,000
new
cases
every
day
—
the
largest
number
of
daily
cases
ever
experienced
by
any
country.
India’s
health
system
can
no
longer
cope.
There
are
not
enough
beds,
and
hospitals
are
turning
away
people
with
the
virus.
They
have
also
run
out
of
oxygen.
With
a
huge
population
of
1,380?million,
India
is
densely
populated:
464
people/km2.
Social
distancing
without
total
shutdowns
is
unthinkable,
especially
in
the
big
cities
with
crowded
streets,
trains,
buses
and
offices.
The
latest
data
from
the
government
survey
says
that
only
36%
of
Indians
wash
their
hands
with
soap
before
a
meal.
Even
worse,
160?million
Indians
do
not
have
access
to
clean
water
to
wash
their
hands.
The
research
suggests
that
diabetes
and
other
diseases
worsen
COVID-19
outcomes.
The
awareness
about
disease
dynamics
is
very
poor,
even
among
the
wealthier
and
more
educated
population.
After
the
national
voluntary
“people’s
curfew”
called
by
the
prime
minister
on
22
March,
which
was
by
and
large
a
success,
people
came
out
on
the
streets
and
celebrated
with
no
attention
to
social
distancing.
Many
countries
around
the
world
are
sending
oxygen
to
India.
Singapore
and
the
UK
have
sent
much-needed
oxygen
cylinders
to
India.
A
Singapore
Foreign
Affairs
spokesperson
explained
how
urgent
it
was
to
help
India,
“We
have
all
witnessed
in
the
past
year
how
this
pandemic
is
a
trans-boundary
threat.
It
gives
no
regard
for
country,
nationality,
or
race.
This
is
exactly
why
we
must
work
collectively
to
support
each
other.”
The
WHO
said
the
situation
in
India
was
“beyond
heartbreaking”.
It
said,
“The
WHO
is
doing
everything
we
can,
providing
critical
equipment
and
supplies,
including
thousands
of
oxygen
concentrators,
mobile
field
hospitals
and
laboratory
supplies.”
It
added,
“The
growth
that
we
have
seen
in
case
numbers
is
really,
truly
astonishing.”
24.
In
what
way
is
the
serious
situation
stated
in
paragraph
1?
A.
By
listing
facts.
B.
By
using
quotes.
C.
By
making
an
assumption.
D.
By
making
a
definition.
25.
What
does
the
writer
most
probably
intend
to
inform
readers
in
paragraph
2?
A.
India
is
a
country
with
a
large
population.
B.
The
Indian
government
is
to
blame
for
pandemic.
C.
Many
Indians
suffer
from
diabetes
and
other
diseases.
D.
Various
factors
contribute
to
the
seriousness
of
pandemic
in
India.
26.
Which
of
the
opinion
does
the
Singapore
Foreign
Affairs
spokesperson
agree
with?
A.
The
spread
of
pandemic
is
beyond
description.
B.
All
equipment
and
supplies
have
been
provided
to
India.
C.
The
current
situation
of
pandemic
in
India
is
out
of
control.
D.
All
countries
should
make
joint
efforts
to
fight
against
pandemic.
C
Fingerprints
have
provided
key
evidence
in
countless
cases
of
serious
crime.
But
there
are
still
some
situations
in
which
it
can
be
difficult
or
impossible
to
recover
fingerprints,
and
this
can
cause
a
headache
for
investigators.
In
seeking
a
solution
to
this
problem,
researchers
have
started
to
realize
that
a
fingerprint
can
be
used
for
a
lot
more
than
just
its
unique
ridge
(纹理)
pattern.
A
fingerprint
is
formed
when
a
finger
makes
contact
with
a
surface.
The
finger
leaves
behind
traces
of
sweat
and
any
other
substances
present
on
the
finger
that
a
suspect
might
have
touched.
These
substances
are
deposited
(存储)
in
the
characteristic
pattern
of
the
ridges
present
on
the
fingertip
of
a
person.
Most
fingerprints
are
invisible
and
require
a
chemical
development
process
in
order
to
show
them.
And
newer
processes
can
obtain
much
more
information
about
the
fingerprint
owner—what
they’ve
touched
what
they’ve
eaten
and
even
what
drugs
they’ve
taken.
A
fingerprint
left
at
a
crime
scene
will
contain
not
only
sweat
from
a
suspect,
but
also
traces
of
any
substances
a
suspect
has
touched.
This
can
be
very
useful
evidence
if
the
fingerprints
contain
a
victim’s
blood.
But
even
then,
a
fingerprint
gives
no
investigative
clue
if
the
suspect
is
not
on
the
fingerprint
database.
Researchers
recently
showed
that
the
substances
that
cover
a
mobile
phone
can
vary
according
to
who
the
device
belongs
to
because
of
the
food,
medicines
and
other
things
to
which
we
are
exposed.
So
the
substances
in
fingerprints
should
vary
in
a
similar
way,
and
some
early
attempts
have
been
made
to
prove
this.
If
we
think
more
broadly,
fingerprints
can
provide
some
very
exciting
possibilities
for
the
future
of
medical
testing.
For
example,
a
fingerprint
is
a
very
convenient
way
to
give
a
sample
in
a
drug
test.
In
our
current
research,
our
group
has
also
found
that
medicines
can
be
found
in
fingerprints,
and
that
these
traces
disappear
when
a
patient
stops
taking
their
medicines.
So
one
day
we
could
see
fingerprints
used
as
an
easy
way
of
helping
a
patient
to
check
whether
a
drug
is
being
absorbed
properly.
27.
What
can
we
infer
from
paragraph
1?
A.
Fingerprints
are
hard
to
find
in
most
cases.
B.
It
is
impossible
to
recover
broken
fingerprints.
C.
Fingerprints
are
more
useful
than
people
thought.
D.
Fingerprints
are
not
that
useful
in
many
cases
of
serious
crime.
28.
Researchers
can
get
all
the
following
information
from
a
fingerprint
EXCEPT
________.
A.
the
food
a
suspect
has
eaten
B.
the
drugs
a
suspect
has
taken
C.
the
substances
a
suspect
has
touched
D.
the
people
a
suspect
has
encountered
29.
What
will
fingerprints
be
used
to
do
in
the
future?
A.
To
find
out
if
a
patient
is
recovering
properly.
B.
To
know
if
the
patients’
drugs
are
being
taken
in
indeed.
C.
To
check
whether
a
driver
is
drunk
in
a
quicker
and
more
accurate
way.
D.
To
help
people
find
their
lost
mobile
phones
or
other
electronic
devices.
30.

A.

So
it
will
be
useful
to
include
some
humor
tips
for
everyday
life.
You
don’t
have
to
be
the
joke
teller
in
the
group
in
order
to
show
your
sense
of
humor.
You
can
be
the
one
who
directs
the
conversation
of
fun
topics
that
are
ripe
for
others
to
add
humor.
Every
party
needs
a
straight
person.
____33____
When
it
comes
to
in-person
humor,
effort
counts
a
lot.
When
people
see
you
trying
to
be
funny,
it
frees
them
to
try
it
themselves.
____34____People
need
permission
to
be
funny
social
settings
because
there’s
always
a
risk
that
comes
with
humor.
For
in-person
humor,
quality
isn’t
as
important
as
you
might
think.
Your
attitude
and
effort
count
a
lot.
Some
people
—
and
I
was
one
of
them
—
believe
that
humorous
complaints
about
the
little
problems
of
life
make
humor,
and
sometimes
that
is
the
case.
____35____One
funny
observation
about
a
problem
in
your
life
can
be
funny,
but
five
is
just
complaining,
no
matter
how
smart
you
think
you
are.
Funny
complaints
can
wear
people
out.
A.
You’ll
appear
fun
and
funny
by
association.
B.
But
not
all
senses
of
humor
are
created
equal.
C.
Humor
also
transports
your
mind
away
from
your
daily
troubles.
D.
Studies
show
that
a
good
sense
of
humor
even
makes
you
seem
smarter.
E.
The
problem
comes
when
you
start
doing
too
much
complaint-based
humor.
F.
You
have
to
be
at
least
a
bit
self-assured
to
laugh
at
yourself
in
front
of
others.
G.
So
even
if
your
efforts
at
humor
fail,
you
might
free
the
hidden
humor
in
others.

When
I
needed
a

you
_____51_____
me.”
With

we
all
hugged
him
_____52_____.
About
a
year
later,
a
small

from
Mr.
Locket’s
daughter
was
delivered
to
our

She
informed
us
that
our

had
died.
“I’m
so
grateful
for
your
loving
care
for
my
father,”
she
wrote,
“I
can
see
how
much
you
_____54_____

“Oh

Livestreaming
marketing
is
a
method
of
selling
products
on
live
video
streaming
platforms,
which
now
are
mainly
Taobao,
Kuaishou
and
Tik
Tok.
On
April
1st,
2020,
Luo
Yonghao
finished
his
first
livestreaming
marketing
on
Tik
Tok.
Data
showed
that
the
total
amount
of
payment
reached
110
million
yuan
in
3
hours,
which
set
the
record
of
livestreaming
marketing
on
Tik
Tok.
One
of
the
most
popular
functions
of
livestreaming
is
the
“real-time
connection”.
Although
traditional
television
shopping
channels
also
allow
viewers
to
instantly
buy
recommended
items,
they
don’t
allow
hosts
to
respond
to
real-time
comments,
nor
can
television
sales
data
be
readily
collected
to
analyze
customers’
purchasing
behaviours
or
performance
indicators.
With
this
feature,
potential
customers
can
get
answers
to
pressing
questions
and
gain
a
more
comprehensive
impression
of
the
products,
making
promotional
activities
more
convincing
and
effective.
Under
the
influence
of
the
current
epidemic,
online
shopping
reduces
direct
contact
between
folks,
having
a
certain
guarantee
for
the
health
of
residents.
At
the
same
time,
many
industries
are
hit
by
the
epidemic.
In
this
situation,
many
businessmen
walked
into
the
studio
with
the
aim
of
recovering
some
of
the
damage
for
the
business
as
much
as
possible.
Meanwhile,
the
expanding
of
5G
has
created
a
favorable
environment
for
livestreaming
marketing.
Supported
by
the
technology
of
5G,
the
image
quality
of
live
stream
is
clearer,
so
more
details
can
be
showed
to
customers,
which
helps
to
provide
them
an
entirely
different
experience.
“With
the
arrival
of
the
5G
era,
livestreaming
will
be
faster,
allowing
users
to
zoom
in
and
out
of
videos
to
see
more
details
of
products.
”
said
Xuan
De,
general
manager
for
content
e-commerce
at
Taobao.
Although
livestreaming
marketing
is
developing
rapidly,
the
industry
gradually
becomes
a
mixed
bag.
There
is
no
doubt
that
livestreaming
marketing
is
popular,
but
eventually,
the
key
to
success
is
high
quality
of
products.
