【辨析】this
与
that
this指代离说话者较近的人或物。
that指代离说话者较远的人或物。
in
English,意为“用英语”;English,在此处作不可数名词,意为“英语”。
其中
in
为介词,意为“用,以”,“in+语言”表示使用某种语言。
例:It
is
jiaozi
in
Chinese.
这个用汉语说是“饺子”。
a/an
是不定代词,用在可数名词单数前,表示“一”;
用a还是
an
依音素及读音而定,而非取决于单词首字母是否是元音字母。
a用在以辅音音素开头的单词前;an用在以元音音素开头的单词前。

(1)该句常用于不知如何拼写别人提到的单词的情况下,请求对方指出这个单词由哪几个字母组成;
书写其答语时每个字母都要大写,而且字母与字母之间要用连字符连接。
